Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Friday, January 21 Recap – Gabi Slaps Johnny – Kristen’s Message for Abigail – Paulina’s Revenge

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Friday, January 21, teases that Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) wanted some no-prenup revenge while Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) slapped Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman). Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) also had a message for Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller), which led to some confusion on Friday’s DOOL episode.

At the DiMera mansion, Gabi pulled away from the kiss Johnny planted and slapped him across the face. Johnny acted like Gabi surely didn’t want to limit herself to just Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) for the rest of her life.

Johnny seemed pleased over Gabi not denying her attraction to him and eventually went in for another kiss.

Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) caught the lip lock and learned Gabi was there to talk business with Johnny – though Allie guessed it must’ve been hard to talk with her tongue down his throat.

Gabi decided to leave, but she said she’d appreciate it if Allie didn’t tell Jake about this.

Allie admitted Gabi and Jake were pretty low on her list of priorities before turning her attention to Johnny, who was even more of a disgusting jerk than she thought. Johnny made a joke about how maybe

Allie was jealous of his interest in Gabi. He taunted Allie about being with her dead rapist baby daddy’s brother because he was safe.

Johnny also talked about how Allie lusted after Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens), even after her marriage.

Johnny wasn’t buying Allie’s commitment to Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) and speculated that Allie consoled Chanel right into bed with her after the wedding reception disaster.

Allie had tears in her eyes as she marveled over what a monster Johnny had turned into.

Allie thought Johnny should just focus on being a good little DiMera – and while he was doing that, he should remember that he used to have a twin sister.

Allie insisted Johnny didn’t have one anymore and made it clear that Will Horton (Chandler Massey) was her only brother now.

After Allie left, Johnny’s eyes glowed yellow and his voice deepened. The devil declared that Allie didn’t know the half of it!

At Paulina’s place on Friday’s Days episode, Chanel checked on her mom’s ankle and expressed concern over the chandelier incident.

Paulina was more concerned about how Chanel was holding up. She confirmed that there was no prenup and vowed to take Johnny to the cleaners, but Chanel nixed her mom’s revenge plot.

Chanel wanted Paulina to forget about Johnny and his twisted family’s fortune, so she agreed to – at least for now.

Talk turned to Allie and how she made Chanel feel better after the party blew up. Paulina admitted she saw Chanel with Allie and urged her daughter to come clean.

Once Chanel realized Paulina knew they slept together, she suggested it just sort of happened.

Chanel wasn’t ashamed over it, but Paulina thought it was rather complicated – especially considering Allie and Johnny were twins. She pushed Chanel to sort through her feelings, so Chanel clarified where she stood.

Chanel loved Allie as a friend and was physically attracted to her, but she was IN love with Johnny. She cried since she thought Johnny loved her too and explained that he’d been like a different person in Italy.

Paulina comforted Chanel before leaving for her follow-up doctor’s appointment at the hospital.

Soon after, Allie showed up at the door and told Chanel they needed to talk.

At Basic Black, Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) left another voicemail for Craig Wesley (Kevin Spiritas), who surprised her by appearing in person behind her.

Chloe was hopeful that Craig could set the record straight with Nancy Wesley (Patrika Darbo) and ease her mind about all these affair accusations.

When Nancy arrived, Craig wondered what he had to say to convince her there was no other woman.

Nancy insisted Craig should say he wasn’t having an affair and mean it.

Chloe wound up defending Craig and truly didn’t believe he was cheating, so Nancy admitted their daughter knew Craig better than anymore.

Craig assured Nancy that there was no other woman in the world for him and kissed her, so she finally believed him.

Since Craig wanted to celebrate patching things up, Chloe suggested they all have dinner at the bistro.

Nancy wanted to go freshen up first, but she expressed how happy she was to clear all this up with Craig. Chloe was pleased as well and hugged her father, but Craig still seemed a bit uneasy.

In the town square, Abigail accused Kristen of being under the Sarah mask. “Sarah” tried to act like Abigail must be having another one of her mental health episodes and denied everything.

Abigail was awfully insisted until she received a call from Kristen, who wanted to give her a hot scoop.

Kristen told Abigail that she wasn’t behind Philip Kiriakis’ (Jay Kenneth Johnson) disappearance and would never frame Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) since he was the father of her only child.

Kristen added that she was an innocent woman and told Abigail she could quote her on that.

“Sarah” seemed gleeful over the phone call since it meant Abigail was wrong, but Abigail argued that maybe Kristen got a voice double.

However, something eventually clicked for Abigail, who decided Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) must be under the mask instead.

“Sarah” denied that as well, but Abigail eventually tried to rip the mask off her.

That’s when Gwen appeared behind Abigail and wondered what her half-sister was doing.

Abigail looked floored as she realized Gwen wasn’t impersonating Sarah – and Days spoilers say Ava Vitali’s (Tamara Braun) latest trick will help Gwen keep the lie going a little longer.

At the Kiriakis mansion, Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) drowned his sorrows over essentially getting dumped by Sarah again.

Brady got updates on what happened and empathized due to his own situation with Kristen.

Back with Kristen, she cornered Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) with a gun at the convent.

Kristen warned that “curiosity killed the Patch” and tried to act like Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) was dead.

Kayla ultimately struggled with Kristen over the gun, which went off leaving both of them staring in shock.

In Salem again, Gabi landed at the local bar. She called Jake to tell him that Johnny was even more of an operator than they thought, but Johnny showed up and asked if his ears should be burning.

Days of Our Lives spoilers say Johnny will keep playing some dangerous games, so stay tuned for more DOOL drama.
