Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Friday, January 7, teases that Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) will dump Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowen) at the party, so the devil will end their marriage. Susan Banks’ (Stacy Haiduk) sick crisis will also worry Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) – and so will the premonition that Susan brings to Salem.
Paulina Price (Jackee Harry) wants to do something special to show her support for Johnny and Chanel, so DOOL spoilers say she’ll lock in the wedding reception details.
EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) won’t be thrilled about throwing this little soiree in his home, but Paulina can be awfully persistent.
It’ll be easier for EJ to cave in than fight Paulina on this. Plus, Paulina will convince EJ that if he truly wants to keep Johnny in his life, he needs to make an effort to get behind this marriage.
Days spoilers say Paulina will head to Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) and Eli Grant’s (Lamon Archey) apartment soon after.
It looks like Eli will be busy, but Lani will be willing to attend the shindig once she gets the scoop.
Lani still has plenty of problems when it comes to Paulina and their relationship, but neither one of them will want Chanel to suffer because of it.
Chanel deserves to have both Paulina and Lani by her side as she celebrates.
Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) will plan to head to the DiMera mansion with Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold), but it seems he’ll have to rush to the hospital and may become part of Susan’s medical team.
That’s because Susan will become quite ill when she visits Marlena and warns of some dreadful premonition.
However, Days spoilers say Susan will feel like her sickness is more spiritual than anything.
Susan will sense evil again and it’ll leave her feeling awful, so Marlena will make sure Susan gets to the hospital for a full exam.
While Tripp deals with that crisis, a different kind of disaster will play out at the DiMera manse.
Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) and Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) will join the others as Johnny gets everyone’s attention for a big announcement.
Johnny will publicly humiliate Chanel by insisting their marriage is officially over!
Chanel may think this is some kind of twisted joke at first – and it sort of is considering the devil will get the last laugh!
Unfortunately, Chanel will only get the devastating blow of a lifetime as Johnny launches a speech that totally trashes their relationship.
