Days of Our Lives spoilers for Friday, July 1 reveal that the episode featured Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk). It seems that Kristen surrendered to Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) in order to protect Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) in prison. Vivian Alamain (most often played by Louise Sorel). Plus, Kristen threatens Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin).
Sarah Horton’s Knife Attack
DOOL spoilers reveal that in the Friday, July 1 episode, Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) has another hallucination. Sarah gets violent once again but this time she has a knife.
Sarah blurts out that she’s saving Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) from Kristen, which completely baffles Chanel. Luckily, Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) is saved from being stabbed by Xander.
When Sarah snaps out of it, she is apologetic, but Chanel is clearly creeped out by the whole ordeal.
After Chanel leaves, Sarah wonders what else she has done because of the hallucinations.
That is when Sarah makes the bold decision to confront Kristen in prison. Xander wants to go with her. However, Sarah says that she needs to confront Kristen on her own.
DOOL Spoilers: Brady Black vs Kristen DiMera
Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) pays a surprise visit to Kristen in jail. Brady gives her a Valentine’s Day card from Rachel DiMera (Finley Rose Slater).
Kristen yells that Valentine’s Day was months ago. However, Kristen softens when she opens the card and actually reads it.
Kristen slams Brady for not bringing Rachel to see her.
Brady explains that it’s getting harder to protect Rachel from the truth about her mother… that she’s a criminal who has done terrible things.
Brady shares a laundry list of Kristen’s sins, which include drugging Sarah.
Kristen doesn’t think it’s a big deal and Sarah won’t have any long-term effects. As fans know, Kristen is dead wrong about that!
Brady tells Kristen that he’s with Chloe now. Kristen is well aware of this and says Chloe might have won one battle, but she will win the war.
Brady is frustrated that Kristen thinks his life is a game.
Lani’s Fate
Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that on Friday, July 1, Lani shares touching scenes with Paulina Price (Jackee Harry) and says goodbye to the twins. Abe Carver (James Reynolds) asks Lani to sign adoption papers.
Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) is determined to keep Lani out of Statesville as Vivian has a hit list. Lani’s name just happens to be at the top of that list.
Of course, this could be the real reason why Kristen surrendered… to keep an eye on Lani. However, if they are in different prisons, that might not work out.
Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) is working on getting Lani transferred to Maryland, which is close to Valerie Grant (Vanessa Williams).
Eli plans on moving there so Lani can see the twins while she’s incarcerated.
Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Friday, July 1 Recap
Sarah goes to the prison to confront Kristen. Sarah talks about how her life has been affected by the drugging.
However, Kristen has zero sympathy. All Kristen has to say is “good luck.”
Sarah reacts by saying she hopes that Kristen never gets out of prison. This seems to sting Kristen a bit.
By the end of the episode, Lani has an emotional goodbye to all of her loved ones.
Everyone also learns about Eli and the twins moving away. It is a heart-wrenching moment but perhaps “Elani” and the twins will return one day.
