Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Friday, July 15, teases that Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) will get some baby backup while Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) play matchmaker. EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will also get a surprise visit from Roman Brady (Josh Taylor), so that’ll bring an apology despite the awkward situation.
Now that Belle Brady (Martha Madison) has realized her romance with EJ isn’t going to work, that’ll leave her wondering what the future might hold with Shawn.
Chloe and Brady are still rooting for “Shelle” to make it work, so they’ll offer some guidance in the love department.
Belle will realize she needs to talk to Shawn and perhaps give their marriage a real chance.
Although Belle isn’t sure she can raise Jan Spears’ (Heather Lindell) baby, she might be more open to the idea after Brady and Chloe steer her in a motherly direction.
Other Days spoilers say Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) will dry her tears and move into the vengeful stage of the story.
Sami wouldn’t be Sami if she didn’t get a little payback, so she’ll decide to rat Belle out for sleeping with EJ.
Although Belle pointed out that she was separated, that doesn’t mean Shawn’s going to be OK with her betraying their marriage vows again.
Shawn will get some baby backup as Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) help out at his place.
Little Shawn Christian Brady will be home, but there’ll still be a lot to take care of as Shawn makes some big life adjustments.
Of course, Shawn Christian is actually Evan Frears aka Christian Maddox’s (Brock Kelly) son, so the paternity bombshell will make waves down the road.
In the meantime, Sami will make some waves of her own with the Belle and EJ hookup news.
Belle won’t get a chance to come clean before Sami spills the beans, so that’ll bring more marriage tension.
Sami won’t be sorry since her own life has blown up spectacularly, but she’ll know she needs to get out of Salem and clear her head on her own.
Days spoilers say Friday will mark Alison Sweeney’s last airdate for now, so be sure to catch Sami while you still can.
Over with Roman, he’ll feel the need to apologize to EJ for thinking the worst of him.
EJ will never be Roman’s favorite person, but he didn’t hold Sami hostage like Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) and make himself the hero by “rescuing” her.
Roman will let EJ know he’s sorry for believing Lucas’ frame job, but EJ shouldn’t hold it against him under the circumstances.
Although Roman may wonder if there’s still hope for EJ and Sami to reconnect, EJ may admit that Sami made her stance crystal clear – and it was a firm no!
Next, Lucas will reveal a plan that catches Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) off guard.
Kate is already having a rough time since Roman just dumped her, so she won’t want to see Lucas making any more terrible decisions.
Nevertheless, Lucas will indeed have a plan that Kate doesn’t agree with. If that involves signing a full confession, Kate may think Lucas is making a mistake.
Lucas might argue that it’s time to pay the price for his actions, but he’s only guilty of the kidnapping and frame-up.
DOOL spoilers say Lucas is innocent of Abigail DiMera’s (Marci Miller) murder, but he may feel pressured into confessing to that despite his missing memories.
Regardless, Kate won’t give up on clearing Lucas’ name and will seek out Marlena for her hypnosis expertise before long.
