Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Friday, March 18, teases that Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will be used as bedroom bait – and Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) will have a bad idea for Craig Wesley (Kevin Spirtas). Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will also fight for Belle Brady (Martha Madison), so there’ll be some highs and lows playing out in Salem.
First on Friday’s Days episode, Chad will be thrilled to catch up with Will Horton (Chandler Massey) and Sonny Kiriakis (Zach Tinker).
They’re two of Chad’s closest friends – and that’s why they’ll feel comfortable asking for a huge favor.
Chad certainly isn’t a fan of Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart), so he won’t be happy about the schemer’s return to town.
When Chad learns Leo is Craig’s new boyfriend, he’ll see why Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) is so determined to help her dad break free.
Craig is convinced that Leo has changed, so DOOL fans know he’s standing by his man.
Since Will and Sonny were unsuccessful in getting through to Craig, it’s time for Plan B.
Chad will find out he’s the centerpiece in a stunning new plot.
If Chad can get Leo into bed, then they can send Craig in and let him see for himself what Leo is really like.
Days spoilers say Chad will put up a fight, but Will and Sonny will do everything they can to win him over.
They’ll think if Chad steps up, then Leo will take the bedroom bait and seal his own fate.
There’s no need for Chad to actually get passionate with Leo.
Chad just has to show Craig that Leo’s willing to cheat on him – and that can be achieved just by getting under the sheets with Leo.
Of course, all the pieces will have to fall into place exactly right for this plan to work.
Chad may see the potential for disaster, but Will and Sonny will think he should have some faith in his appeal.
Meanwhile, Leo will prove he hasn’t turned from his scheming ways.
Leo will plant the idea in Craig’s head to take Kayla Johnson’s (Mary Beth Evans) job away from her, so Craig will have to give this some serious thought.
Part of Craig won’t want to go down this road again.
Craig was out of control the last time he resorted to scheming for the chief of staff position. He also won’t want to disappoint Chloe or damage their relationship in any way.
Nevertheless, Leo will draw Craig in with the allure of power. He’ll think Craig deserves Kayla’s job and would be a lot better at it than she is.
Leo may also point out that if Craig got the chief of staff position, then they could stick around Salem and be closer to Chloe.
Leo may act like he’s only thinking of Craig and trying to help his father-daughter bond.
While Craig considers what Leo’s suggesting, Chloe will lean on Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) for support.
Chloe will hate this Leo nightmare and won’t want her dad to get his heartbroken, even if Craig already broke Nancy Wesley’s (Patrika Darbo).
Brady will offer comfort and reassurance, so that’ll make Chloe feel closer to him.
Although things are in limbo due to Philip Kiriakis’ (Jay Kenneth Johnson) disappearance, Brady and Chloe may not be able to resist the reunion that’s brewing between them.
Next, Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) will prepare to pull out all the stops on a faux exorcism.
Belle doesn’t need one since she’s already free of evil, but Johnny has to make it look like the devil is legitimately being cast out now.
Marlena will fight for her daughter’s freedom – and so will John Black (Drake Hogestyn) as some of Belle’s loved ones rally around her.
Johnny is set to rattle the bed and create the perfect exorcism atmosphere, so all that’s coming up within the next couple episodes.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Belle’s pretend exorcism will fool everyone for now, but possessed Johnny will hit more snags sooner or later.
