Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Friday, March 25, teases that Sonny Kiriakis’ (Zach Tinker) plan will be in jeopardy while Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) suspects Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun). Craig Wesley (Kevin Spirtas) will also make a power play, so here’s what viewers can look forward to.
First, Sonny will want to make sure Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) are still on board with trapping Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart).
Abigail will remain committed to selling the story, but Chad will start to waver on this whole plan.
Fortunately, Sonny can revive Chad’s vengeful DiMera spirit and convince him that he’s got what it takes to pull this off.
Leo already thinks Chad is dreamy, so Sonny won’t even think it’s going to be that hard – just as long as Chad follows instructions and Abigail does her part, too.
In the town square, Leo will light up as Craig shakes Dr. Seth Burns’ (Bruce Beatty) hand and makes progress toward getting the chief of staff position.
Of course, it’ll help Craig’s case when the current chief of staff refuses to obey a direct order to fire Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall).
Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) will fight hard for Marlena’s job, but she’ll lose her own job as a result.
Craig will be glad to take Kayla’s place once her refusal to give Marlena the boot backfires.
While Leo’s alone in his hotel room, he’ll get a surprise visitor.
Days spoilers say it’ll be Abigail with a convincing story of how Chad craves Leo – perhaps to the point that it’s completely destroyed their marriage.
DOOL fans can expect Abigail to put her acting skills to good use and make Leo believe he’s got a legitimate chance with Chad.
Once Leo has taken the bait, Chad will try to reel him in and set the bedroom trap that Sonny has in mind.
While the seduction plot’s going on, Ava will rage at Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) and Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) for how they treated her.
Rafe was supposed to be Ava’s loyal beau – and Nicole was supposed to be Ava’s good friend.
They slept together behind Ava’s back and left her livid enough to seek revenge, but it looks like she’ll continue to deny setting Rafe up.
Of course, Rafe and Nicole know Ava’s guilty anyway. Although Rafe got off the hook, he’ll remain angry along with Nicole.
They’ll have a sparring session with Ava, but this won’t accomplish much other than giving all parties involved a chance to vent.
Other Days spoilers say Tripp will be relieved when Ava shows up at the hospital.
Ava escaped from police custody the last time Tripp heard anything about his mom.
Tripp will worry that Ava’s going to be in trouble, but it’s not like the cops have charged her with anything yet.
Even so, Steve will pop up and most likely point the finger in Abigail’s kidnapping ordeal.
Steve will definitely be suspicious and will fear Ava is backsliding with some old dangerous habits.
Tripp will do his best to keep the peace between his parents, so we’ll see how well that works out for him.
Since Tripp will face questions about his engagement, he’ll have to admit the night was a disaster and that he’s no longer a couple with Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold).
Steve will comfort Tripp with a heartfelt embrace, so they’ll have a nice father-son moment on Friday’s DOOL episode.
