Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Friday, March 4, reveals that Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) escaped from the hospital and threw Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) out of the DiMera mansion – or at least tried to! Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) also had a deal for Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) to consider, so here’s how all the Days action played out.
In bed on Friday’s DOOL episode, Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) dreamed Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) showed up to expose all her Sarah lies and her role in the kidnapping chaos.
Gwen woke up startled and lied about what the dream was about, but Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) did his best to ease Gwen’s mind.
Meanwhile, Chad confronted Ava in the Salem PD interrogation room.
Ava acted like the mask thing was a harmless prank and felt she would’ve been charged with something by now if the cops had anything.
Chad still felt that Ava was in trouble and wanted the name of her accomplice.
Chad suggested he could make sure Ava walked away with a slap on the wrist if she revealed who knocked Abigail out.
Ava doubted Chad could guarantee that, but she ultimately called Gwen and summoned her to the police station after Chad left.
Gwen lied to Xander about where she was going and showed up in the interrogation room wearing a disguise.
Ava made it clear that she wasn’t going to prison for this and wondered why she shouldn’t sell Gwen out.
As for Abigail, she reunited with Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) and Jennifer Deveraux (Melissa Reeves) at the Horton house.
That led to Jennifer and Jack finding out the story of Sarah’s snatching. Abigail admitted that Sarah was alive but not well!
Abigail explained the Renee DuMonde (Philece Sampler) twist that happened due to the drugging and remained concerned about Sarah’s mental state.
Jack called Xander and shocked him with the news that Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) broke up with him while wearing a Sarah mask.
Xander found out Ava posed as Sarah recently as well.
After Xander learned Sarah was back in town following her forced months on the island, he hung up before Jack could spill the rest.
At the hospital, Sarah didn’t understand why she was even there since the chicken was fine.
Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) tried to help Sarah understand that her mind had been affected by the drug she was given, but “Renee” refused to listen.
When it became clear that Sarah wasn’t going to win this argument, she pretended to agree to let them run some tests.
While Kayla and Steve were out of the room, Sarah gave them the slip and escaped to the DiMera mansion.
Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) barely had time to warn Anna about what was happening before Sarah strolled in what she considered to be her family home.
Sarah hurled insults at Anna and kicked her out of the house, but Anna felt that Sarah should be the one to leave.
However, Kayla and Steve showed up to suggest that maybe Sarah should stay there after all. At least that way, they would know where she was.
Anna was livid over the way Tony was humoring Sarah, but he felt that she should have some compassion for a woman who was mentally ill.
After Sarah made her way to the town square on Friday’s Days episode, she came face to face with Xander as he was leaving the Salem Inn.
Xander was stunned at the sight of Sarah, who glared at him without much of a reaction.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Xander’s in for a shock once he meets “Renee,” so stay tuned to DOOL.
