Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Friday, October 28 Recap – Charlie Visits Ava in DiMera Crypt – Susan Warns EJ in Terrible Danger

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Friday, October 28, reveals that Charlie Dale (Mike Manning) visited Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) in the DiMera crypt while Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) warned that EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) was in terrible danger. Here’s how all the Days action played out.

At the hospital on Friday’s DOOL episode, Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) tried unsuccessfully to keep Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) in Salem.

Tripp admitted he’d already booked a return ticket back to Seattle, but he hoped he might be able to find Ava before he left town again.

Meanwhile, Ava lurked outside the DiMera mansion in a creepy clown costume.

Once Ava put the mask on and held up a knife, EJ saw her through the window and freaked out.

Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) showed up wearing the same costume soon after and pointed out they were on sale in the Horton Town Square.

Once Chad convinced EJ the person outside was probably just a kid pulling a prank, EJ asked Chad to return to DiMera Enterprises.

Chad declined since he was happy with his new job working for Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein), so EJ seemed intrigued about the romantic possibility for his brother.

However, Chad made it clear that he wasn’t ready to date again and acted like this was strictly about the work.

Later, someone wearing the same clown costume approached EJ in the living room.

It turned out to be Susan, who removed her mask and said she came to tell “Elvis” that he was in terrible danger!

Back at the hospital on Friday’s Days episode, Tripp was approached by Ava, who was still wearing her clown costume as a disguise.

Once Tripp pulled Ava into a private waiting area, he convinced her to come back to Seattle with him.

In Kayla Johnson’s (Mary Beth Evans) room, she was unable to guilt-trip Joey Johnson (Tanner Stine) into sticking around Salem.

When Kayla opened a get well soon card, she realized it was from Orpheus (George DelHoyo), who insisted that the ladies would never be far from his thoughts.

Joey, Tripp and Steve all got updates on the card, but Steve downplayed the threat and acted like Orpheus was just stirring up trouble because he failed.

At the DiMera crypt, Ava said goodbye to Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) at his plaque since she was ready to let go of revenge and leave for Seattle with Tripp.

A vision of Charlie appeared and insisted Ava had been listening to the wrong son!

At Paulina Price’s (Jackée Harry) campaign headquarters, Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) came along to trash Stephanie for making a mess of things.

Paulina learned the price had gone up and that she’d have to wire the money by tomorrow or face exposure.

Once Stephanie found Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) at Titan, she asked for his help getting the incriminating materials from Sloan’s filing cabinet.

Alex taunted Stephanie for coming to him for assistance and acted like he wasn’t comfortable stealing from Sloan, so Stephanie decided it was a mistake to seek this favor.

However, Alex later showed up at Sloan’s place wearing a cop costume and suggested it was her turn to be handcuffed. Sloan let Alex shackle her to the bed and put a blindfold on her.

Alex then got in the filing cabinet and found the file Stephanie had been looking for.

Someone arrived at the door soon after, so Alex acknowledged the bad timing.

Back with Stephanie, she found Paulina and got chewed out for her stalling tactics.

Paulina ultimately fired Stephanie and vowed to spread the word to her other clients in an attempt to kill her career.

Afterward, Stephanie made her way to the Horton house, where she informed Chad about the firing news.

Days of Our Lives spoilers say Stephanie has more surprises in her future, so stay tuned to DOOL!
