DOOL spoilers reveal that Sarah and Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) were planning their future together. Xander blew up at Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) and found himself with a job.
However, Xander was thinking about his next chapter and was excited about it. As for Sarah, she wasn’t just getting married. Sarah might have been ready to have another baby.

Xander and Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) are just realizing that Sarah’s silence after leaving Salem doesn’t make sense. Rex Brady’s (Kyle Lowder) bombshell about Sarah not leaving town with him has raised alarm bells.
Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) is trying to track Sarah and gets a lead from a pilot for the DiMera family.
Replacing Rachel DiMera
Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that all Kristen wanted in the world was a baby. Kristen tried for decades to have a child of her own.
The villain would go to extremes, including transferring Theresa Donovan’s (formerly Jen Lilly) fetus and implanting it into her own belly.
Kristen even used Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) to steal Sarah’s unborn baby only to find out she herself was already pregnant.
For a woman who did the unthinkable to have a baby for decades, one would think Kristen would try harder to get Rachel DiMera (Finley Rose Slater).
Kristen asked Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) for a visit once, which was denied. Then, Kristen tried to kidnap Rachel but was caught before even getting out the door.
There must be a reason Kristen isn’t putting all her efforts into getting her daughter back.
The fugitive wouldn’t let anything get in her way, including being a wanted woman. This suggests that Kristen might already have a child to dote on. Could that child belong to Xander and Sarah?
Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Kristen DiMera’s Showdown
It’s been nearly a year since Sarah’s disappearance. If she was in the very early stages of pregnancy at the time of her kidnapping, that means the child is a newborn. Not only is Kristen desperate for a child, but she probably also wants revenge.
Remember, Xander was part of Kristen and Sarah’s baby switch.
For an entire year, Brady and Kristen thought their baby was dead. When the truth came out, Sarah fled with the child. Kristen was able to find them and got Sarah to give her Rachel.
However, Kristen never forgets what’s been taken from her, whether it’s malicious or not.
So, it would make perfect sense for Sarah to have had a baby in captivity only for Kristen to rip it out of her arms. We will have to keep watching the NBC soap to see what happens with this storyline.
