Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) will push Craig Wesley (Kevin Spirtas) to steal Kayla Johnson’s (Mary Beth Evans) job. Leo will manipulate his boyfriend with a shady reason to stay in Salem, which will give Leo the chance to wreak more havoc, too.
To be fair, DOOL fans know Kayla hasn’t exactly been focused on her work lately! She dropped everything to join Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) on his mission to find Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) in Italy.
Kayla was busy playing nun at the convent while the hospital was forced to carry on without her.
It wasn’t Kayla’s fault that she got kidnapped, but it probably wasn’t good to leave her position for that long.
That’s especially true since the hospital has already had problems in recent months – like Dr. Clay Snyder’s (Michael Lowry) drug operation and multiple coma unit escapes from Jane Spears (Heather Lindell).
Shouldn’t Kayla worry a little more about being the chief of staff position and a little less about Steve’s private investigations?
Kayla may wish she’d devoted more time to the job if Leo convinces Craig to go after it – and it sounds like he indeed will based on Days spoilers for the week of March 14-18.
That said, plotting to get someone fired and swooping in to take their place isn’t a good look for Craig.
If Craig listens to his scheming beau, it’ll just prove that Leo is a bad influence.
Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) have both received excellent care with Kayla steering the ship, so they may object to Craig’s move and act like Leo’s ruthlessness is rubbing off.
Chloe and Brady might urge Craig to back off the idea if they find out, but Days spoilers suggest Leo’s pressure may win out in the end.
Will Craig succeed in stealing Kayla’s job and leave Leo pleased over their reason to plant Salem roots again?
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Leo will give Craig a nudge toward some risky decisions, so stay tuned to DOOL.
