Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Monday, December 19, teases that Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will spill more about Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) flower power and why he’s been forced to do exactly what she wants.
Now that Brady has confessed Kristen’s blackmail, he’ll eventually give Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) updates on the orchid and how Kristen was the source of the original cure.
Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) put that life-saving orchid in Kristen’s hands and let her know boosters would be needed down the line.
It’s almost time for Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) and Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) to get another dose, so Brady can’t rock the boat with Kristen too much or else she might withhold the antidote.
It turns out that orchid is going to disappear right when it’s needed, but it’ll remain stashed in Kristen’s hiding place for now.
Kristen will also face John Black’s (Drake Hogestyn) pressure to come clean about what she did wrong, but it seems she’ll stonewall him on the orchid drama.
Back with Eric and Brady on Monday’s DOOL episode, their discussion will be derailed by a dangerous discovery.
There’ll be a loud boom that leaves Brady and Eric wondering what the heck just happened.
Of course, Days spoilers say Ava Vitali’s (Tamara Braun) explosive device will be the source of the commotion since it just went off inside the church.
Susan Banks’ (Stacy Haiduk) memorial service was a real blast like Ava originally intended, but she’s no doubt regretting it since Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) crashed the event.
Ava tried to get Tripp out before the bomb exploded, but he’ll still need Sarah Horton’s (Linsey Godfrey) medical care soon enough.
However, Tripp’s injuries won’t be all that bad in the end.
In fact, Days spoilers say Tripp will confront Ava in her hospital room once she’s admitted with injuries of her own.
Unfortunately, Ava’s condition ultimately prove quite serious as her health takes a nosedive.
EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel), Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker), Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Sister Mary Moira (Stacy Haiduk) may also land on the victim list as several Salemites land in jeopardy.
Next, Days spoilers say Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) will have to make some changes to his scheme if he wants to stay in the clear.
When the walls start closing in, Xander will once again decide Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) may be his only way out of trouble.
Once Xander gets bad news related to the kidnapping mayhem, Days of Our Lives spoilers say he’ll turn to Gwen and hope for the best.
