Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Monday, July 18, teases that Will Horton (Chandler Massey) will accept a Hollywood job while JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) commiserate. Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will also beg EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feuerriegel) forgiveness, so here’s what DOOL fans can expect.
As Chandler Massey’s stint winds down, Will’s going to receive an offer that he just can’t refuse.
Days spoilers say some job in Hollywood will take Will off canvas, so he might breathe new life into the Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) story or even a brand-new film instead.
While Will bids farewell to Sonny Kiriakis (Zach Tinker) for the time being, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will have a lot to make up for with EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel).
Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) may try to smooth things over for Chad, but she won’t be helpful since EJ hates her guts right now.
EJ obviously won’t be too happy with Chad either since his brother betrayed him.
Chad will confess to finding out Lucas Horton (Chandler Massey) kidnapped Sami and joining forces with him.
That led to Chad helping Lucas frame EJ, who went to prison as a result.
Days spoilers say Chad will offer a sincere apology and a plea for forgiveness, but EJ may stew over all this for a while.
Of course, EJ will have to consider the fact that Chad’s wife just got murdered.
Chad is really hurting over Abigail DiMera’s (Marci Miller) death right now, so we’ll see if that might speed the forgiveness process along.
Speaking of Abigail’s death, JJ will march into the police station on a mission to rip into Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo).
Days spoilers say JJ will invade Lucas’ personal space and demand to know whether he killed Abigail.
Lucas will confess that he was drinking heavily and can’t remember anything about that night, so JJ will deliver a major threat.
After JJ suggests he could beat Lucas into total recall, Jennifer Deveraux (Cady McClain) will show up to insist that’s enough.
Once Jennifer derails JJ’s attack on Lucas, she’ll try to offer some comfort.
Jennifer won’t believe Lucas is responsible for Abigail’s death, so that’ll make him feel better in some ways and worse in others.
Although Lucas will be grateful for Jennifer’s faith in him, he’ll also hate that she’s consoling him right now instead of dealing with her own grief.
As JJ continues to mourn the loss of his sister, he’ll run into Sarah in the town square.
Sarah will express her condolences over Abigail and most likely get JJ’s sympathy over her own mental health ordeal.
JJ and Sarah will commiserate over having to pick up the pieces, but JJ won’t realize he’s talking to someone who was at the DiMera mansion the night of Abigail’s murder.
Sarah will become a murder suspect during the week of July 18-22, but that’ll have to come after Lucas’ upcoming hypnosis session.
Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will finish unloading all her anger on Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) before agreeing to put Lucas under and help him try to remember.
Lucas will battle some fears about what he might recall, but he’ll know getting hypnotized is the only path to real answers.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say some other surprise suspects will emerge as this storyline moves along, so stay tuned.
