Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Monday, June 6, reveals that Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) decided to seek Sami Brady’s (Alison Sweeney) real kidnapper while Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) hinted at a vengeful surprise for Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and his wife. Here’s how all the Days action played out.
At the hospital on Monday’s DOOL episode, Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) brought Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) some treats from Sweet Bits and learned he didn’t want Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) to stay with him out of obligation.
Tripp felt like Allie wanted to be with Chanel if that’s what she wanted, too. Chanel remained uncertain due to her complicated twin love triangle, but she was glad to know her friendship with Tripp was still solid.
Meanwhile, Will Horton (Chandler Massey) visited Allie to check on her following the devil ordeal. Allie felt guilty for her part in the drama that went down, but Will offered reassurance and got updates on her tricky situation with Chanel.
Although Allie considered whether she should just let Chanel go, but she ultimately decided to be honest after talking things out with Will.
When EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) learned Johnny was giving Chanel time and space, he acted like that was a terrible idea. EJ reflected on his own romantic regrets and pushed Johnny to fight since Allie might be fighting for Chanel as well.
Later, Allie found Chanel in the town square and mentioned wanting her job back at the bakery. Just as Allie was ready to talk about getting back together with Chanel, Johnny showed up to do the same.
In their bedroom, Abigail and Chad were out of breath following one of their many attempts to make a baby. Talk turned to Chad getting his bond with EJ back on track before Abigail came up with an idea for a new investigative story.
Abigail wanted to find out who really kidnapped Sami, so Chad got flustered and stammered out reasons why she shouldn’t.
That confused Abigail, but Chad tried to play it like it was too risky – especially since Abigail might be pregnant. However, Abigail seemed determined to uncover the truth.
At the pub on Monday’s Days episode, Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) gloated to Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) about Sami thinking EJ was guilty despite his prison release. Kate piped up with all her concerns, so she stressed Lucas out and caused him to get some air.
Once Lucas was outside, he ran into EJ – leaving the two rivals glaring and ready for a showdown.
In the town square, Sonny Kiriakis (Zach Tinker) bickered with Leo before getting a call from Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) about the blood test results.
Kayla mentioned that some drugs leave the system quickly, so Sonny fumed and accused Leo of giving him one of those. Leo argued there was no proof and pushed Sonny’s buttons, so Sonny grabbed him as his temper exploded.
Sonny wondered if Leo wanted to be rolled up in a rug again and made it clear that his family was off-limits. After Leo hinted about moving on to other targets, Sonny met up with Will and seemed worried about what else Leo had in store.
At the DiMera mansion, Leo snuck inside the living room and spotted a photo of Abigail with Chad. That led to Leo hinting that a big surprise was coming for the two of them.
