Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Monday, November 7 Recap – Henry Kidnapping Threat – Chloe & Stefan Trip Derailed – Ava Drops Bomb on EJ

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Monday, November 7, reveals that there was a Henry Horton (Clyde and Nash Gunderson) kidnapping threat while Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) and Stefan DiMera’s (Brandon Barash) trip was derailed. Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) also dropped a bomb on EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel), so here’s how all the Days action played out.

At the DiMera mansion, Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) complained about the horrible flight back to Salem and freaked when she found the broken statuette in the living room. It was a gift from Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) and a commissioned piece of art.

However, Tony tried to lift Anna’s spirits since the artist lived in Salem and might be able to fix it. EJ eventually approached Anna and Tony about dinner plans, but he was baffled over where Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) had disappeared to.

In the Kiriakis gardening shed on Monday’s DOOL episode, Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) dragged unconscious Susan in and made sure she was still alive. Once Susan started regaining consciousness, Xander put a sack over her head and tied her to a chair.

Susan panicked upon awakening since she was claustrophobic, so Xander put on the clown mask to conceal his identity and removed the sack. Xander also spoke with a disguised accent and acted like he was just doing his job, so Susan sensed that he didn’t really want to be part of this kidnapping plot.

At the Kiriakis mansion, Sarah Cook (Linsey Godfre) informed Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) that they couldn’t take her money after all. Maggie grew concerned about the lack of details on Xander’s job interview, but Sarah offered reassurance and felt that things were looking up.

Meanwhile, Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Wendy Shin (Victoria Grace) hoped to get info from Ned Grainger (Chris Kalhoon), the pilot who could lead them to Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton).

Johnny thought Tony could get in touch with Ned, but Wendy helped him see that Tony might know about EJ’s scheme with Li Shin (Remington Hoffman) or even be in on it. In the end, Johnny decided to call Anna instead since she could keep quiet and had a soft spot for him.

After Anna was summoned on Monday’s Days episode, she made up a fake excuse for Tony and made her way to Allie’s apartment. That’s where Johnny introduced Anna to Wendy and explained why they were seeking out Ned.

Anna didn’t think Tony was involved because he could never keep a secret from her. However, Anna believed people should be able to love who they loved and certainly didn’t approve of any brainwashing that had gone down with Stefan.

Anna agreed to call Ned and see what she could find out. Moments later, Anna got Ned on the phone and lied about Tony being dead.

Since Anna fibbed about needing Dr. Rolf to bring Tony back to life, Ned revealed where he flew the doc. Anna informed Wendy and Johnny that Dr. Rolf was in Jakarta, so they were grateful for the updates.

Wendy then hacked the system and made it look like the DiMera jet was unavailable due to being serviced. That set the stage for Johnny and Wendy to use it for their own Jakarta flight.

Back at the DiMera mansion, Tony wound up grilling EJ about the Stefan brainwashing drama. EJ highlighted the importance of legacy and acted like Dr. Rolf might’ve just watered seeds that were already there with Stefan’s love for Chloe.

At DiMera Enterprises, Chloe pulled back from her kiss with Stefan and admitted she wasn’t over Brady Black (Eric Martsolf). Stefan felt that since Brady was moving on with Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk), there was no reason Chloe couldn’t do the same.

Chloe was concerned about HR since she had a new DiMera position, but Stefan pointed out they were both executives and equals at the company. That wasn’t an issue as long as they gave HR a heads-up.

Chloe didn’t mind going public with Stefan, but she did wonder if Stefan’s feelings were genuine due to the potential programming situation. Stefan argued that Dr. Rolf assured Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) that nothing was done to his brain – and Gabi believed him 100 percent.

After Stefan suggested mixing business with pleasure on a trip, Chloe got on board. Stefan tried to reserve the DiMera jet, but he was bummed when it was unavailable.

Chloe thought it was for the best since she’d changed her mind about rushing into anything. Stefan assured Chloe that she set the pace, so they could go as fast or as slow as she wanted.

In the DiMera crypt, Charlie Dale (Mike Manning) insisted EJ should know Ava was the one behind Susan’s kidnapping and the ransom that was about to happen.

Ava didn’t want to be on the run for the rest of her life, especially since she’d never see Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) or Henry again. Even so, Charlie argued that Tripp was all about the Johnsons now.

When it came to Henry, Charlie suggested they could take him and be a family. Ava reeled at the thought of ripping Henry away from his mother, but Charlie felt that Henry would be cherished and added that they’d never be found once they had the cash.

After Charlie gave Ava another nudge down a sinister path, she decided to call EJ and take credit for Susan’s snatching. EJ panicked as he realized Ava had Susan, but she warned him to do what he was told and just maybe she’d return Susan in one piece!

We’ll keep you posted as other Days news rolls in. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Ava is about to dig a big hole for herself, so stay tuned to DOOL. CDL will have other great Days of Our Lives spoilers, updates and news, so stop by regularly.
