Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Monday, September 19, teases that Clyde Weston (James Read) will propose to Nancy Miller (Patrika Darbo) while Sonny Kiriakis (Zach Tinker) uncovers a strange clue. Craig Wesley (Kevin Spirtas) will also make a discovery when he returns to Salem, so here’s what fans can expect.
For starters, Nancy will jump to the wrong conclusion after eavesdropping on Clyde’s phone call.
It’ll leave Nancy with cheating accusations, but Clyde isn’t betraying her at all.
Days spoilers say Clyde will offer a marriage proposal instead, so Nancy will say yes and accept his engagement ring.
Craig will eventually pop up at the pub, so he may have mixed feelings about Nancy tying the knot.
Although Craig wants Nancy to be happy, he may express concern about her groom-to-be.
Of course, Nancy will rush to Clyde’s defense since she feels confident that he’s turned from his wicked ways.
Next, Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) will deliver a heartfelt plea.
Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) won’t see why she should help Leo since he sold her out and lied about her being Abigail DiMera’s (Marci Miller) killer.
Even so, Leo will need his BFF back and will plead with Gwen to help him.
Gwen will at least be willing to listen to Leo’s side of the story as he ponders who’s framing him.
Leo will ultimately settle on Craig as a possible killer and consider the idea that he went off the rails following their failed relationship.
In the meantime, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Will Horton (Chandler Massey) will check on Sonny at the hospital.
After Will and Chad urge Sonny to revisit the night of his attack, he’ll remember smelling vanilla just before he got stabbed.
That’s a weird clue, but it’ll send Chad down the right road sooner or later.
Chad will nail down his top killer suspect later during the week of September 19-23 and prepare to seek vicious revenge.
While Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) seeks guidance from Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers), Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) will do the same at the Horton house.
Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) will find out about Sarah bailing on her new marriage, so he’ll want to help Xander if he can.
Sarah was upset about Xander sleeping with Nicole Walker Hernandez (Arianne Zucker) and humiliating Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) by revealing the big secret at their anniversary party.
Since Xander accepted money for this marriage destruction, Sarah was fuming when she walked out on him.
Days spoilers say Jack will offer some words of wisdom, so Xander will listen and decide what his plan is.
DOOL’s weekly preview video features some lovey-dovey moments between Xander and Sarah, but will their reunion be real or just Xander’s dream?
Regardless, we’re already seeing the cracks in Sarah and Xander’s union, so their problems may get worse before they get better.
