Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the next two weeks, September 19 to September 30, tease that addicted Jennifer Deveraux (Cady McClain) will turn violent while Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) returns to Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) in ghostly form. Clyde Weston (James Read) and Nancy Miller’s (Patrika Darbo) wedding will also be ruined, so let’s discuss what’s ahead.
During the week of September 19-23, Craig Wesley (Kevin Spirtas) will return right as Clyde and Nancy get engaged.
However, the real drama will come when Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) decides Craig must be to blame for Abigail’s murder and Sonny Kiriakis’ (Zach Tinker) stabbing.
Leo will spill his theory to Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien), but she’ll give his location to Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) and cause him to get arrested.
From there, Leo will try to convince the cops that Craig is responsible, but he won’t have any luck with that.
Afterward, Craig will pay Leo a visit behind bars. That’ll lead to Craig acting like he feels bad for putting Leo on this murderous path.
Nevertheless, Leo will be convinced that Craig is lying and committed these violent crimes himself.
Of course, the truth is always more complicated in Salem. After Sonny recalls the smell of vanilla before he was stabbed, Chad will work on a theory of who was to blame.
Later, another clue will confirm what Chad suspects and kick off his vengeful mission. Chad will snatch up a gun from the DiMera mansion safe and plan to murder Abigail’s killer himself!
Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) will also make a stunning discovery, so that could affect the case.
DOOL’s weekly preview appears to show Jada and Rafe taking another look at security footage, so maybe they’ll realize Clyde doesn’t have an airtight alibi after all.
It certainly wouldn’t be the first time that surveillance footage has been tampered with in Salem.
All signs point to Clyde being the one who plunged the knife in both instances, so Chad may face off with him soon.
As Rachel Black’s (Finley Rose Slater) custody hearing resumes, Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) will provoke John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and make it seem like Brady Black’s (Eric Martsolf) family is too dangerous for Rachel to be around.
Brady already had an outburst of his own in front of the judge, so John’s explosion won’t do much to help his custody chances.
At the hospital, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) and Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) will wait for some pivotal lab results while Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) rips into Orpheus (George DelHoyo).
Orpheus will be in the interrogation room, so Steve will pay him a visit and try to physically attack him over his poisoned former hostages.
Although Steve will be desperate for a cure, he won’t get hope for one just yet.
Other Days spoilers say Nicole Walker Hernandez (Arianne Zucker) and Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) will confess their sizzling dreams to each other.
That’ll bring some awkwardness, but he’ll also pull them closer as they work together at Basic Black.
At the office, Gabi Hernandez-DiMera (Camila Banus) will hope that maybe some part of Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) still loves her deep down.
Stefan will act like he only feels disgust, but there might be a glimmer of love that he hides.
Even so, Stefan and EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will move forward with their plans to yank power away from Gabi at DiMera Enterprises.
During the week of September 26-30, it looks like there’ll be an altercation between Gwen and Jennifer.
Gwen will stumble upon Jennifer’s pill secret and try to help her, but Jennifer will lash out and lose control.
That’ll apparently turn into a situation where Jennifer gets violent since Gwen will be hospitalized.
Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) will be taken aback over Gwen’s medical crisis, so that could stir up some old feelings as he worries about her.
Over with Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton), he’ll make an alarming discovery.
It’ll be interesting to see if that’s about Stefan’s programming or something else.
As for Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein), she’ll put Steve on full blast for leaving her in the dark on Kayla Johnson’s (Mary Beth Evans) serious illness.
This is becoming a pattern that Stephanie will want to shut down.
Meanwhile, Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) will recruit Craig to pump the brakes on Nancy’s wedding to Nancy.
Although they’ll both think the nuptials are a mistake, Craig may be hesitant to ruin Nancy’s special day.
Naturally, the wedding will get blown up anyway if Clyde is the killer that Chad’s after.
EJ will figure out what his brother is up to and seek Belle Brady’s (Martha Madison) help trying to find Chad, who’ll be armed and dangerous.
Elsewhere, Days spoilers say EJ will come to Chad’s rescue.
That could mean preventing Chad from pulling the trigger on Clyde or even intervening if Clyde wrestles the gun away.
Chad will eventually get a special reunion with his beloved wife, though it won’t be a reunion that can last.
Abigail will come back to Chad in a vision and bid him farewell as the murder mystery wraps up.
After Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) returns, he’ll nail down the deadly toxin that Kayla, Marlena and Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) were given.
It’s extremely rare and can only be cured by the distilled pollen of an orchid that’s even rarer!
