Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the next two weeks, August 8 to August 19, tease that Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) and Alexander “Alex” Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) will meet while Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) learns his prison fate. Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will also corner Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) while Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) suspects Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk), so here’s what fans can expect.
During the week of August 8-12, Nicole Walker Hernandez (Arianne Zucker) will fixate on Eric Brady’s (Greg Vaughan) date with Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu).
After Jada bonds with Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) as her new work partner, she’ll take a break and check out a potential new place above the pub.
Eric will show Jada around as promised, but Nicole will get the wrong idea about why they’re headed to a private room!
Later, Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will sense that Nicole’s stuck on this date of Eric’s.
It’ll leave Rafe wondering if Nicole has a problem with Eric moving on.
Nicole may downplay her interest in Eric’s love life, but Rafe is already on edge whenever her ex is involved.
It’s clear that Nicole’s jealousy won’t do anything to ease Rafe’s mind.
Other Days spoilers say Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) will pretend to be a priest to gain valuable information from the prison warden (Cassandra Relynn).
Although Xander won’t have enough to sink Gwen, he’ll think Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) can help with that.
Xander and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) will figure out that Gwen indeed snuck out of Statesville the night Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) died.
Gwen called Ava to arrange that escape, so Sarah and Xander will wonder how they can get Ava to betray her.
Once Ava has officially moved in the DiMera mansion, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will listen in on her tense conversation with Gwen.
That could bring some escape clues and give EJ some valuable info as well.
Of course, Ava will remain distraught over Jake DiMera’s (Brandon Barash) death, especially since she had to launch this plot for the shares instead of taking time to mourn.
Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) is feeling lonely and heartbroken over losing Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens), so there’s the potential for some flying sparks with Ava.
Days spoilers say Ava and Johnny will get caught in a close moment together, so that could involve a kiss or something more.
Whatever the case, Johnny and Ava may face some awkwardness after they get busted.
As for Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton), he’ll face pressure to wake Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) right after his heart transplant.
Kristen will want Stefan to open his eyes sooner than Dr. Rolf is comfortable with.
However, Li Shin (Remington Hoffman) will want to stall Dr. Rolf since he’s very much part of this resurrection operation.
As the person who paid for all this, Li’s opinion will matter – and he’ll suggest Dr. Rolf should let sleeping Stefans lie for a while!
Although Li will want Stefan awake eventually, he’ll need more time to get things in order with DiMera Enterprises and Gabi first.
Next, Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) will seek a job at Basic Black, but Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) probably aren’t going to provide one.
Leo may strike out, but his day will go from bad to worse once Thomas DiMera (Cary Christopher) recognizes him as the tooth fairy.
Chad will realize Leo was bunking in the secret room the same night Abigail was murdered.
DOOL spoilers say Chad will manhandle Leo and push for answers, but we can’t forget about Clyde Weston’s (James Read) revenge either.
Clyde will identify Leo as the man who approached him with the stolen jewels – and it’ll all be thanks to Chloe, Brady and Nancy Miller’s (Patrika Darbo) assistance.
While Leo gets busted, Alex will grow interested in another beautiful woman.
We’ll see Alex turn on the charm with Chanel, but something tells us territorial Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) may shut that down fast.
During the week of August 15-19, Alex will exchange introductions with Gabi.
Since Alex is aware of Gabi’s conniving reputation, he may use that to push her buttons.
Gabi doesn’t get along well with most people, so there’s a good chance this first meeting will be a rocky one.
Of course, Alex might do some flirting and try to reel Gabi in, but she may sense that he’s pretty conniving himself.
Back with Leo, he may throw Gwen under the bus and spill all his suspicions about her.
Chad will end up demanding the truth from Gwen, so that may be due to Leo’s desperate finger pointing.
Lucas is off the hook for Abigail’s murder, but he still kidnapped Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) and has decided to change his plea back to guilty.
That should mean Lucas is headed to prison soon.
Days spoilers say Lucas will have some difficult updates for Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow), so she may have to bid her son farewell ahead of his sentence.
Across town, Anna will feel like Kristen is hiding something – and you can bet Anna will want to know what it is.
Kristen might be concealing things about the night Abigail was killed, but we also know she’s keeping this Stefan survival secret with Dr. Rolf.
Once Anna follows the clues, she might find the lab and see an alive Stefan for herself!
