Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the next two weeks, December 19 to December 30, tease that Bonnie Kiriakis (Judi Evans) will remain an emotional wreck due to her PTSD. It’ll be bad enough that Bonnie finally decides to seek professional help during the week of December 19-23.
Bonnie will plan to rely on Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), who’ll have to deal with the aftermath of the church blast beforehand.
It looks like Marlena will suffer some minor injuries along with the other memorial service guests, but Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) will end up in truly dire condition.
Despite Tripp Johnson’s (Lucas Adams) rage over Ava planting that bomb and putting so many lives at risk, it’ll break his heart when Ava’s health takes a nosedive.
In the meantime, Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) will keep trying to dig Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) out of trouble.
There’ll be more snags to contend with as Xander worries his clown abduction antics will finally be exposed.
Over with Brady Black (Eric Martsolf), he’ll face romantic reunion pressure from Rachel Black (Finley Rose Slater).
Rachel will desperately want Brady and Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) to be a real couple again – preferably a married duo.
Days spoilers say Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) will have a surprising answer when it comes to Brady’s predicament.
That could involve urging Brady to surrender to his feelings for Kristen and give Rachel what she wants – that is if Brady wants it too deep down.
Eric is done trying to be a good guy all the time, so he may point out that Brady doesn’t have to be one either.
This could be Kristen’s best chance at making progress ahead of the boosters needed for the former hostages.
Other Days spoilers say Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) will return to Salem and surprise Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) with a holiday visit.
It’s a good thing Rex is coming home since he’ll be needed for his medical expertise soon.
DOOL fans will want to check out all the other Christmas returns as well – like Eli Grant (Lamon Archey), Jennifer Deveraux (Cady McClain) as well as Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) in ghostly form.
Back with Xander and Gwen, they’ll run into more issues thanks to Thomas DiMera’s (Cary Christopher) curiosity.
Gwen and Xander will do whatever they can to lie their way out of a jam, but Thomas will make it difficult.
During the week of December 26-30, Xander will feel the walls closing in. Sarah Cook’s (Linsey Godfrey) suspicions will grow until she finally corners Xander for another heated confrontation.
This could be when Xander’s luck will finally run out! Sarah will expect some real answers this time, but she certainly won’t like the truth if Xander comes clean.
Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) will also quiz Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering), so that’ll presumably be about Bonnie’s case.
Days spoilers hint that Bonnie will punch Xander in the gut once the whole story comes out, so she’ll get a chance to make him suffer sooner or later.
As for Rex and the medical help we mentioned, he should take the lead on helping Marlena, Kate and Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) once their illness becomes a problem again.
Kristen will scramble to get the orchid for another dose, but it’ll disappear and leave her fearful.
Brady will be furious with Kristen as Kayla, Kate and Marlena all head downhill fast.
The three of them are going to die and visit heaven briefly, but someone surprising will send the women back for some reunions in Salem.
Speaking of reunions, Will Horton (Chandler Massey) and Sonny Kiriakis (Zach Tinker) will deal with some Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) tension.
It’s good news that Will’s going to come home, but it’ll be unnerving to see Leo hanging out at the Kiriakis mansion and cozying up to Sonny.
Meanwhile, Wendy Shin (Victoria Grace) will wrestle with the secret she’s keeping for Li Shin (Remington Hoffman).
Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) will keep gushing about her maid of honor and how she wants them to be like sisters, so Wendy’s guilt will take a toll.
Will Wendy crack under the pressure and break her pact with Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman)?
Gabi will learn the truth about Stefan DiMera’s (Brandon Barash) brainwashing one way or another, so her wedding to Li is bound to end in disaster!
