Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the next two weeks, December 26 to January 6, tease that Sonny Kiriakis (Zach Tinker) and Leo Stark’s (Greg Rikaart) friendship will create complications. During the week of December 26-30, Will Horton’s (Chandler Massey) unexpected homecoming will leave Sonny scrambling to explain why Leo’s staying at the Kiriakis mansion.
Since Sonny won’t be willing to throw Leo out, Will’s going to find another place to stay.
In the meantime, the walls will close in on Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) and Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) as all their lies start to unravel.
After Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) inadvertently messes up Alex Kiriakis’ (Robert Scott Wilson) plans with Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein), Alex’s jealous anger will start to reignite.
Next, Days spoilers say Wendy Shin (Victoria Grace) will battle guilt to the max, so she won’t know how much more she can take when it comes to deceiving Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus).
Will Wendy drop the bomb about Stefan DiMera’s (Brandon Barash) mind control?
Wendy could at least divulge enough to unblock Gabi’s own memories of what Dr. Rolf (Richard Wharton) revealed before using the serum on her.
Regardless, Gabi and Li Shin’s (Remington Hoffman) nuptials will spiral out of control.
Once Gabi realizes Li’s to blame for Stefan’s attitude, she’ll rip into her ex-groom and refuse to enter this marriage.
After Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) carry out their fake Rachel Black (Finley Rose Slater) kidnapping scheme, Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) will discover that the orchid is gone!
That’ll lead to issues during the week of January 2-6 since Kristen will freak out and have no orchid to trade for her daughter.
Brady will become increasingly torn about Eric’s grand plan once he sees how negatively Kristen reacts to it.
It looks like Eric will manage to drag Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) into the drama, but she’ll regret ever getting involved by the end of all this.
When Stefan and Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) return to Salem after their Miami trip, they’ll get some shocking updates.
Gabi will reveal that Stefan was brainwashed into hating her and that it was Li’s fault for pushing Dr. Rolf into it.
Stefan may also learn that EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) knew the truth and kept his mouth shut for personal gain.
There’ll be a lot for Stefan to process, but Gabi could end up heartbroken all over again if he refuses to have a reversal procedure.
As for Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker), she’ll worry about getting into bed with EJ – perhaps in more ways than one.
Nicole won’t want to get tangled up in EJ’s typical chaos, but she may also have reservations about renewing their passionate spark.
At the same time, Nicole will find it hard to deny her growing bond with EJ and how comforting it’s become.
There’ll definitely be major temptation as Nicole and EJ lock lips, so they may take things even further soon.
When Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) receives divorce papers, it won’t come as a surprise.
Even so, Rafe will mourn the loss of his marriage and lean on Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) for comfort.
Following a New Year’s Eve kiss, Wendy and Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) will talk about what their future’s going to look like.
Instead of ending their fake dating fiasco, Wendy and Johnny may agree to start dating for real.
Once Sarah Cook (Linsey Godfrey) knows Xander kidnapped Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) and Bonnie Kiriakis (Judi Evans), she’ll decide the fate of her marriage.
It doesn’t sound like it’ll be good news, especially since Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) will try to lift Xander’s spirits in the aftermath.
Xander could be facing legal woes for his actions – and the same goes for Gwen since she assaulted Bonnie as part of her second hostage situation.
Days spoilers say Gwen will be encouraged to turn against Xander, but she may insist that they’re in this together.
Back with Brady and Kristen, they’ll brainstorm as a team and try to nail down some missing orchid answers.
Meanwhile, Eric will confess the Rachel kidnapping plot to Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) and John Black (Drake Hogestyn), so they’ll be taken aback to see such a ruthless side of him.
John and Marlena may fear Eric’s strategy could backfire and make Kristen even more dangerous.
As for Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow), her health will take a hit and leave Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) concerned.
Kate’s blood results will prove unsettling and make Rex realize the former hostages are going to need boosters ASAP.
That’ll be impossible as long as the orchid’s missing, so Brady will blame Kristen for letting it get stolen.
Other Days spoilers say Alex will go overboard when it comes to interrogating Chad about his connection to Stephanie.
Once Stephanie realizes Alex is acting like a jealous lunatic, she’ll call him out.
After Alex and Stephanie have a huge fight, DOOL fans will see Alex make an extreme decision.
Will Alex go as far as dumping his dream girl over this? If so, Alex may have to do damage control once he realizes his mistake.
