Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the next two weeks, December 12 to December 23, tease that Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) will have a birthday gift for Sarah Cook (Linsey Godfrey) while Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) and Will Horton (Chandler Massey) return to Salem. Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) will also get busted at Susan Banks’ (Stacy Haiduk) memorial, so let’s talk about what’s in store.
During the week of December 12-16, Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) will develop a deeper connection to Sonny Kiriakis (Zach Tinker), but their bond could be in jeopardy sooner or later.
That’s because Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) will talk Leo into impersonating the clown kidnapper – just to “prove” to Bonnie Kiriakis (Judi Evans) that Xander isn’t to blame.
Xander will pretend to be held hostage as well, so Gwen’s elaborate ruse will help him get away with his actions – at least for a little while longer.
That’ll also give Leo a secret to keep from Sonny, so things could blow up for him down the road.
Other Days spoilers say Sister Mary Moira Banks (Stacy Haiduk) will lash out at sinful Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) before Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) gets the wrong idea.
Brady will assume Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) is in another one of her crazy getups, so he’ll kiss Sister Mary Moira to prove she’s not a real nun.
The problem is Sister Mary Moira is very real – and she certainly won’t react well to Brady locking lips with her!
After Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) hook up, they’ll get caught at Sloan’s apartment together.
Nicole will realize Sloan and Eric have done the deed, so she’ll spar with Sloan despite it being none of her concern anymore.
Over with John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), they’ll put their heads together on a plot to save Brady.
Marlena and John won’t want Brady being pulled any closer to Kristen, so they’ll manipulate the situation and try to convince Kristen to leave.
As for Ava, she’ll plant a bomb just before Susan’s memorial service gets underway. Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) will show up unexpectedly and could leave Susan frantic to stop the explosive device.
DOOL spoilers say disguised Ava will be exposed, so EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will seethe along with Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman).
Tripp will reel when he realizes Ava is alive and still plotting destruction.
During the week of December 19-23, that same memorial service will descend into total mayhem.
It sounds like there’ll be quite the kaboom, so danger will erupt as Ava’s bomb presumably goes off.
Meanwhile, Brady will open up to Eric, so he may admit to having some complicated feelings when it comes to Kristen.
As much as Brady doesn’t want to fall for Kristen again, he may fear that it’s happening.
Of course, Brady’s feelings should fade quickly since Marlena, Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) and Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) are all on the verge of getting sick again.
It’ll be time for a booster of the cure, but there’ll be a problem since the orchid will go missing.
Days will let Kate, Kayla and Marlena die, but that’s just so they can be resurrected following a heavenly visit.
It looks like the buildup will happen around Christmas, though most of the drama may spill over as New Year’s Eve approaches.
Until then, Will’s coming home for the holidays after all, so Sonny’s in for a surprise.
There’ll be some tension when Will finds Leo in Christmas pajamas at the Kiriakis mansion with Sonny.
Eli also set to make a return appearance when he brings the twins back for a holiday visit.
Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) will be over the moon, so she’ll enjoy some Christmas cheer this year.
Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will receive an unexpected visitor of his own, so that could involve Will dropping in.
Nevertheless, we also have to consider the possibility that Chad might get a ghostly visit from Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller).
Will Abigail pop up and push Chad to open his heart to Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein)?
Back with Xander, he’ll have a special birthday gift for Sarah. There’ll be a sweet surprise that touches Sarah’s heart, so it’ll be interesting to see what it is.
Xander will also play Santa at the hospital and do a good deed with Sarah by his side.
That may be Xander’s way of offsetting some of the other horrible things he’s done!
