Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the next two weeks, May 9 to May 20, teases that Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) will keep a painful secret while the fight for Allie Horton’s (Lindsay Arnold) soul is underway. Jan Spears (Heather Lindell) and John Black (Drake Hogestyn) will also have a showdown, so let’s talk about what’s coming up on Days.
After Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) grows concerned about Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) dropping off the map, Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) will demand answers from Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) during the week of May 9-13.
Perhaps Lucas has been intentionally keeping Sami in places with poor cell service and doing his best to distract her.
Whatever the case, Kate may argue Lucas needs to stop all the games and focus on his possessed daughter!
Lucas should soon be back in town to help with Allie’s ordeal, so we’ll see how long it takes Sami to follow.
As for Allie, she’ll concentrate on her horrific baby plans – including some weird ceremony that’s perhaps meant to seal this child’s fate.
Of course, Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) and Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) will do everything they can to get their newborn back.
That won’t be easy, especially with Evan Frears aka Christian Maddox (Brock Kelly) standing in the way.
Evan will end up trying to strangle Ciara, who’ll be blindsided at the hospital.
There’ll be an intense struggle, but Ben or someone else will hopefully ride to the rescue.
Allie will obviously need a rescue as well, so look for Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) to join John and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) in preparing for one.
They’ll band together and hope to do whatever it takes to save Allie’s soul from the devil’s grasp.
After TR Coates (William Christian) attacks Abe Carver (James Reynolds) and leaves him looking like a grisly mess on the floor, Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) will show up and fire a bullet to stop her monstrous bio dad.
TR won’t get the chance to go after Paulina Price (Jackee Harry) next – and in his dying moments, he’ll assure Lani that he loves her and forgives her for the deadly shot.
Paulina will end up claiming she’s the one who killed TR, so we’ll see how long Lani lets the bogus story stand.
Lani will deal with plenty of guilt despite feeling like she did what she had to do in that moment.
Over with Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus), she’ll make a pitch to Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash).
Could that involve making Jake her COO or even her co-CEO?
Regardless, Jake is pretty fed up with Gabi right now and may insist she can keep her job offer.
We’ll also see Jake grow closer to Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) as he consoles her over some unfortunate situation.
EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) intends to reclaim the DiMera throne for himself, but he probably won’t mind sharing the spot at the top – just not with Gabi or Jake!
Instead, EJ will have a proposition for Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) to mull over.
That could involve EJ and Chad becoming co-CEOs again if they play their cards right.
Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) will end up helping his brothers eventually, but he’ll have to help Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) first – or more accurately, he’ll have to save Anna from her worst impulses.
Anna will be in panic mode over the charges she’s facing, so she’ll be ready to flee town and become a fugitive.
Luckily, that won’t be necessary since Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) is about to get the real antidote and will mostly get back to her old self.
Of course, it’s the “mostly” part that’ll trip Xander up. Xander will soon realize that although Sarah remembers and loves him, she doesn’t have crucial information.
It looks like Sarah won’t recall how Xander switched the babies – and that means Sarah will still believe her beloved daughter is still alive and well.
Sarah will apparently ask for Mackenzie “Mickey” Horton and leave Xander with a painful secret to keep during the week of May 16-20.
Xander will know he can’t keep the truth under wraps forever, but he’ll probably want to savor a few loving moments with Sarah before it all falls apart again.
Plus, Xander will be wary of devastating Sarah and causing some catastrophic memory setback.
Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) may agree they should hold off on telling Sarah that “Mickey” was actually Rachel Black (Finley Rose Slater) – and the real Mackenzie is dead.
Other Days spoilers say a tough battle between good and evil will heat up.
Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) will put himself in harm’s way for Allie’s sake, but his sacrifice will be worth it.
Allie should indeed score her freedom soon, so let’s hope Salem gets rid of the devil for good.
Many DOOL fans are in agreement about wanting this storyline to end ASAP.
Back with Lani, her guilt over TR’s fate will intensify. Lani might find herself haunted in her dreams as that deadly encounter keeps replaying in her mind.
Next, John will corner Jan to deliver a fierce warning.
It’s obvious Jan would like to break up Shawn Brady’s (Brandon Beemer) marriage and build a family with him, but Jan may insist it’s not going to happen.
John will make it clear that he won’t stand for more trouble from Jan, but it may be too late.
Belle Brady (Martha Madison) will continue to get dangerously close to EJ, so they could head into sizzling territory soon enough.
Jan may stand up to John or perhaps urge Shawn to protect her as his poor, helpless “baby mama.”
When it comes to Jan, she’s always going to stir the pot and manipulate the situation.
