Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Orpheus (George DelHoyo) will kidnap Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) and Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans), so John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Steve Johnson’s (Stephen Nichols) wives will be held hostage at gunpoint.
DOOL fans know Steve is convinced that Orpheus has some grand plan, which is reasonable since Orpheus always does!
Whenever Orpheus is around, he’s always playing mind games and plotting something horrible.
Orpheus has already managed to get inside Steve’s head and make him fearful about the threat to his family.
That’s why Steve is especially worried about Stephanie Johnson’s (Abigail Klein) mysterious new PR client.
Since that client wanted to remain anonymous until his or her first meeting with Stephanie, Steve thinks this has Orpheus written all over it.
Unfortunately, Steve is so focused on protecting Stephanie that he’ll leave Kayla vulnerable.
John will be busy helping Steve crash this meeting, so he’ll also leave Marlena to become Orpheus’ target.
Days spoilers say Orpheus will ultimately pull a gun on Marlena and Kayla, so they’ll have no choice but to come with him.
It won’t be long until Orpheus stashes Kayla and Marlena somewhere surprising.
Instead of putting his new hostages somewhere drab, Orpheus will apparently get creative with their new accommodations.
Back with John and Steve, they’ll find a note that indicates Marlena and Kayla have been taken. Although Orpheus won’t put his name on it, he won’t really have to.
It’ll be crystal clear to Steve that Orpheus has snatched Kayla – and John should be equally convinced Marlena’s kidnapping is Orpheus’ doing.
John may wish he’d listened to Steve and killed Orpheus before he could do something this drastic! Nevertheless, Days spoilers say John and Steve will put their heads together on a rescue plot.
Orpheus has some other tricks up his sleeve and will no doubt have some troubling things in store for his captives.
There must be some big-picture scheme that could bring even more danger for Kayla and Marlena, but Steve and John will make finding their wives the priority.
