Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) will launch a wild attack on Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker), so it looks like a terrifying vision will trigger a violent reaction.
DOOL fans know Sarah already had a hallucination of Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) coming at her with a syringe, but it turned out to be Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) with a pen.
After this unsettling experience, Sarah took her concerns to Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) and got some advice.
Marlena did her best to reassure Sarah about adjusting her meds and getting her more help, but she also thought Sarah would benefit from speaking to Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller).
Abigail faced horrible hallucinations that were brought on by the same drug, so Marlena knew Abigail would understand what Sarah was going through.
Of course, Days was setting the stage for Sarah to become a murder suspect since Marlena sent Sarah to see her – and then Abigail ended up dead!
The show will explore what really happened with Sarah that night eventually, but there’ll be other troubling warning signs along the way.
During the week of June 20-24, Days spoilers state that Sarah will completely lose it on Nicole.
Sarah will turn violent and leave Nicole in shock, so this obviously isn’t Sarah’s normal behavior.
There’s no way Sarah would just assault Nicole out of the blue, so this has to be the result of another hallucination.
Sarah may imagine that Nicole is Kristen or some other threat to prompt this fierce attack.
It’s easy to imagine Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) coming to Nicole’s rescue – though Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) and Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) could potentially intervene instead.
Regardless, Sarah should ultimately snap out of it and realize she’s attacking the wrong person.
There’s no reason for Sarah to want to hurt Nicole or view her as a threat at all.
This will inevitably be a pretty traumatic ordeal for Sarah, who’ll have no choice but to tell Xander the truth about what she’s up against.
Sarah can’t keep Xander in the dark as her issues get worse, but that’s good news since he’ll want to help in any way he can.
