Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Thursday, April 7, teases that Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) will catch Belle Brady (Martha Madison) and EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) growing closer. Jan Spears (Heather Lindell) will also consent to a DNA test while Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) ponders a mystery, so let’s talk about all the drama ahead in Salem.
At Statesville, Shawn will show up bright and early looking for the truth.
Shawn probably couldn’t sleep much without Belle by his side anyway, so he’ll head to the prison ASAP and hope this is some twisted game.
However, Jan will swear she’s indeed having Shawn’s baby.
Shawn will battle paternity doubts when Jan puts up a fight on the DNA test, but Jan will ultimately surrender.
Days spoilers say Shawn will start to accept that Jan might actually be having his child – and the paternity test results should offer confirmation before the week winds down.
Belle will continue to wrestle with what this means for her marriage and her future with Shawn.
The idea of Shawn being permanently tied to Jan through their kid together will be hard to accept.
Belle will at least have one thing to celebrate when EJ walks free due to the frame-up, but he’ll sense that she’s having a hard time.
Days spoilers say EJ will pull Belle close and do his best to offer comfort when she needs it most.
At some point, Shawn will spot EJ supporting Belle and may raise an eyebrow.
Maybe Shawn will sense that Belle and EJ are getting a little cozier than he would like!
It’s clear that Shawn has an extra reason to be concerned since this Jan situation is seriously affecting his marriage.
As for EJ, he’ll talk to Abigail and perhaps wonder where Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) is.
Abigail may admit she had a weird interaction with Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold), who was looking for Johnny before suddenly taking off.
Days spoilers say Abigail will seem deep in thought over the missing twins and may wonder if there’s more to the story.
DOOL viewers know there indeed is since the devil left Johnny’s body and has taken up residence in Allie’s instead.
Johnny will wake up and realize he’s being held captive in the DiMera crypt, where he’ll reel over some terrible revelations.
Possessed Allie may fill Johnny in on all the destruction he’s been causing and vow to cause even more.
Next, Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) and Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) will compare notes.
Nicole was under the impression that Allie would be staying the night at Chanel’s place, but Chancel will likely admit she never showed up.
That news should be quite troubling since Allie didn’t come home to Nicole’s apartment either.
There’ll be some panic as Chanel and Nicole try to figure out why Allie has suddenly vanished.
Once Chanel finally tracks Allie down, she’ll have plenty of questions for her.
Allie may snap at Chanel to get off her back and leave Chanel stunned over her girlfriend’s new attitude.
Across town, Clyde Weston (James Read) will try to butter Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) up with something he makes for her in the kitchen.
Ciara may appreciate the effort, but she’ll still remain wary of Clyde and what he’s capable of.
Afterward, EJ will show up at the door with a warning for his former cellmate.
EJ will want Clyde to leave Salem ASAP, so that’ll bring another confrontation for these two soon enough.
