Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Thursday, December 15, reveals that Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) hinted about a plan to Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) before heading to the DiMera mansion. EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) rejected Kristen’s comfort and suggested she’d attend Susan Banks’ (Stacy Haiduk) memorial service over his dead body, so she left disappointed.
Meanwhile, Brady found Sister Mary Moira Banks (Stacy Haiduk) at the townhouse and assumed Kristen’s plan was to pose as her.
That led to Brady planting a mistletoe kiss on Sister Mary Moira to prove he was right, but she was horrified and slapped him with a ruler repeatedly.
In the town square on Thursday’s Days episode, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) had a plan to get Kristen out of their home and out of Brady’s life.
Marlena urged John Black (Drake Hogestyn) to be a friend to Kristen, earn her trust and find out what she was holding over Brady.
When Kristen returned to the townhouse, she found Brady with ice on his wrist.
Kristen couldn’t stop laughing when she got updates on the nun confusion and wondered what would’ve happened if Brady had truly kissed her instead.
John entered to find Kristen moving in close, so Brady pulled away and headed off to meet Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan).
That gave John a chance to have a beer with Kristen and pretend he’d gotten into a dispute with Marlena over her.
At Sloan Petersen’s (Jessica Serfaty) apartment, she acted like Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) was a stalker for showing up there.
Nicole was concerned about Eric going off the rails and sleeping with his trashy lawyer, but he called her out for hooking up with EJ.
Although Nicole maintained that she was merely staying at EJ’s place, Eric still wasn’t interested in her lecture.
Once Eric mentioned Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney), he talked about the rush of doing what he wanted and suggested it was much more fun being the bad twin instead of the good one.
After Nicole left, Eric enjoyed another round in bed with Sloan and said he might take her up on her offer to pick up where they left off later.
Next on Thursday’s Days episode, Eric met up with Brady, who scolded him for skipping work since they had to reschedule a photoshoot.
It cost a lot of money, so Brady suggested he’d probably fire Eric if he weren’t his brother. Eric said he’d save Brady the trouble and quit his job on the spot.
Back with Nicole, she wanted to support EJ at Susan’s memorial service as a friend and didn’t care if it got more tongues wagging about them.
DOOL offered a nice moment as EJ and Nicole grew closer.
After Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) complained about Nicole to Charlie Dale (Mike Manning), she said she could kill two birds with one bomb and plotted Nicole’s murder along with EJ’s.
Ava then planted that bomb at the church, but Johnny walked in and found her in disguise.
However, Ava refused to turn around or say anything and slipped away once Sister Mary Moira appeared.
Sister Mary Moira was there to pray after what happened with Brady and stunned Marlena when she revealed that Brady had “ravished” her.
Johnny remained fixated on the mystery woman and ultimately found her outside.
When Johnny confronted the blonde, he realized it was Ava and got a shock. Ava removed her sunglasses and told Johnny that she was there in the flesh.
Inside the church on Thursday’s Days episode, EJ noticed a large flower arrangement and was surprised to see Sami’s name on the card.
The memorial service was about to start, but EJ pointed out that they couldn’t begin without Johnny.
