Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Thursday, March 24, tease that Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) will face a tricky situation while Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) admits he can’t marry Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) – at least not yet. Tony DiMera’s (Thaao Penghlis) decision will also enrage Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley), so here’s what Days fans can expect.
Sarah was recently forced into the mental ward, so Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) and Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) will hope Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) and her medical team can help her.
Unfortunately, Kayla won’t have positive updates to report on Thursday’s DOOL episode.
Days spoilers say Kayla will deliver some grim news about Sarah’s condition instead, so it sounds like there won’t be much they can do for her.
Sarah is stuck believing she’s Renee DuMonde (Philece Sampler) for now, so she’ll be released from the hospital – and that’ll leave Maggie with a predicament.
Maggie will want to watch over Sarah at the Kiriakis mansion, but “Renee” will naturally want to head back to the DiMera mansion and be with Tony.
After Maggie mulls it over, she’ll decide the solution is for Tony to move in with Sarah instead.
Days spoilers say Maggie will take the suggestion to Tony and hope he’s willing to grant her desperate request.
Anna will put up a serious fight and will feel like this is total lunacy.
She won’t think this is Tony’s responsibility, but he’ll once again act like Anna doesn’t have any compassion.
Tony will indeed decide to move in the Kiriakis mansion so that Sarah will stay close to Maggie.
Since Anna won’t be able to change Tony’s mind, they’ll have a major blowup that does some damage to their marriage.
Over with Xander, he’ll admit he can’t give Gwen the commitment she’s looking for.
Xander’s priority is helping Sarah feel like herself again, so any wedding plans with Gwen will have to be put on hold.
Of course, Gwen will know there’s no guarantee Xander will ever marry her at all.
Gwen will realize that if Sarah gets her memories back, it could mean Xander will reunite with her – leaving Gwen all alone.
Abigail will run into Xander within the next episode or two, so that’ll lead to her suggesting Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) might have an alternative treatment.
Dr. Rolf often succeeds where traditional medicine fails, so Xander will want to pay the doc a visit and take Gwen with him.
Other DOOL spoilers say Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) and Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) will wait for the jury’s verdict.
It looks like Rafe will be found not guilty since Nicole and Rafe have a fierce showdown with Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) coming up by the end of the week!
