Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Thursday, November 17, reveals that Dr. Wilhelm Rolf’s (Richard Wharton) syringe stopped Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) & Wendy Shin (Victoria Grace) while Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) found Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) in Brady Black’s (Eric Martsolf) arms. Here’s how all the DOOL drama played out.
In Jakarta, Wendy blamed her nerves on Johnny’s freezing hands, but it was obvious there was some attraction bubbling up.
Johnny finished adjusting Wendy’s mic for the mission, but he worried she was getting cold feet.
However, Wendy assured Johnny that she’d get her nerves under control and would get the job done.
While Johnny was in the hallway recording the conversation, Wendy entered the lab and introduced herself to Dr. Rolf.
After Wendy said Li Shin (Remington Hoffman) sent her to make sure Dr. Rolf had what he needed, she claimed to know all about Stefan DiMera’s (Brandon Barash) brainwashing.
Dr. Rolf seemed suspicious and said he was surprised that Li confided in Wendy, but she assured him that she was very close to her brother.
Unfortunately, Dr. Rolf had a device that picked up the signal from Wendy’s mic, so he realized she was up to no good and injected her with a syringe.
Johnny found Wendy unconscious, but then Dr. Rolf injected him as well. That left both Johnny and Wendy out cold on the floor.
Back in Salem, Li got Dr. Rolf’s voicemail and warned him not to tell Wendy anything if she came sniffing around.
When Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) appeared in the town square, she got updates on Li’s Wendy problem and urged him to get his sister in line.
At DiMera Enterprises, Stefan was still gripping Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) as they expressed that they hated each other, but their body language told a different story.
Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) seemed curious about what she walked in on and revealed to Gabi that she worked there now.
Gabi was taken aback over Li giving Chloe a promotion and later showed off a preview of her wedding invitation.
Stefan seemed uncomfortable over the wedding happening on New Year’s Eve, so Gabi wondered why he cared if it was so soon.
Stefan admitted it was an important day for him since that was when he first came to Salem.
Although Stefan didn’t think that gave Gabi enough time to prepare, he acted like she was the one throwing the nuptials in his face.
Gabi ultimately found out Stefan was dating Chloe now and wasn’t happy about the news. Nevertheless, Chloe suggested everyone was moving on and tried to keep the peace.
Once Gabi left, Chloe questioned whether Stefan really felt only hatred for his ex.
Stefan assured Chloe that she was the only woman for him and gave her a kiss.
When Gabi found Kristen and Li together in the town square, she wondered what was up.
Li claimed Kristen was trying to get her old job back, but he couldn’t help since he was merely EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feuerriegel) second in command.
Gabi asked if Li was lying since he offered to help her get Gabi Chic back and acted like it was very doable.
Li insisted they were two very different situations, so Gabi accepted that explanation and asked about the missing Wendy drama.
After Li claimed Wendy was playing hooky, Gabi was confused about her motives since Wendy previously seemed so eager to score the job.
Li said Gabi didn’t know Wendy as well as him and added that she was full of surprises.
At the pub on Thursday’s Days episode, Rafe assumed Nicole was staying at Eric Brady’s (Greg Vaughan) place now, so he offered her laptop for work and gave Eric an attitude.
Eric admitted he hadn’t seen Nicole since last night, so Rafe wondered if he was missing something.
That led to Eric admitting Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) was pregnant, but Jada wasn’t pleased about the secret spillage when she showed up.
Jada ranted about Eric blabbing to her boss and made it clear that she no longer wanted anything to do with him.
In private, Eric assured Jada that it was her body and her choice, but he confessed that he’d always wanted a child and would support her if she wanted this baby.
At Basic Black on Thursday’s Days episode, Nicole opened up to Brady about dumping Rafe for Eric and then finding out Jada was pregnant.
That left Nicole assuming Eric would stay with Jada, but Brady didn’t seem as sure and offered a pep talk.
When Rafe arrived, he found Nicole in Brady’s arms and acted like she’d found another ex to move on with due to Jada’s pregnancy news.
Nicole insisted Brady was being a good friend, but Rafe didn’t care what she did as long as she didn’t come crawling back to him!
