Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Tuesday, April 5, teases that Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) and Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) will form what could be a sizzling connection while Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) and Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) help each other strategize. Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) will also undergo a big change, so there’ll be a lot happening across Salem.
Ava agreed to move in with Jake, so he’ll help her move her belongings into his apartment.
Jake and Ava already did some connecting at the pub, so they’ll manage to build on that.
Days spoilers say Ava will be taken aback over how well she gets along with Jake.
They’ll have some surprisingly similar backgrounds and interests, so this will help them bond – maybe even in a passionate way!
Gabi will plan to drown her sorrows at the local bar, where Gwen will have a similar idea.
There was a time when Gwen and Gabi were enemies, but they’ll form a little heartbreak club now and commiserate over their romantic woes.
Gwen may not be surprised that stubborn Jake is refusing to reunite with Gabi.
Gwen may reflect on her own former relationship with Jake and the difficulties that came with that.
Of course, Gwen is now worried about “Renee DuMonde” aka Sarah turning back into her old self.
If that happens, Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) will certainly want to live happily ever after with Sarah and resume their fairytale romance.
Gabi and Gwen will have a bit of a strategy session, even if it’s mostly in the form of pep talks.
It seems Gwen may say something that puts a little fight back in Gabi and convinces her to chase after Jake.
Likewise, Gabi may feel like Gwen is a much better match for Xander and Sarah.
Gabi might argue that it’s not over yet and encourage Gwen to hold out hope that the antidote won’t work.
It turns out Gwen may already have an insurance policy when it comes to that antidote.
Days will show a scene of Gwen sneaking around the hospital wearing scrubs – and she’ll clutch a syringe in the lab.
DOOL will likely offer a flashback that lets us know Gwen switched syringes and made sure Sarah got an injection of something else entirely.
The question is: What was Sarah injected with – and what will it do to her?
Regardless, Xander won’t get the Sarah he knows and loves back according to Days spoilers.
Although Sarah’s condition will change in a stunning way, it won’t bring a “Xarah” reunion.
Meanwhile, Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) will rip into Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) for giving Sarah that shot in the arm.
It wasn’t Anna’s place to make that decision – and the Salem PD will agree since they’re about to place Anna under arrest!
Back with Gabi, she’ll resolve to visit Jake in his apartment and perhaps make another speech about why they belong together.
Gabi will spot Ava in Jake’s bed within the next episode or two, so her anger is about to erupt!
Belle Brady (Martha Madison) will also be furious as her confrontation with Jan Spears (Heather Lindell) continues.
Jan will insist she indeed slept with Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) and will claim he’s the “baby daddy” of her unborn child.
It won’t be long until Belle heads home and demands the truth from Shawn, who’s about to admit he’s a father candidate.
The devil transformed Jan into a Belle lookalike on Christmas Eve, so Shawn really isn’t to blame for what happened in the bedroom that night.
Even so, Shawn and Belle’s marriage will start falling apart thanks to Jan’s pregnancy revelation.
