Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Tuesday, October 11, reveals that Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) was shaken over a Gabi Hernandez-DiMera (Camila Banus) love memory. Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) also accused EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) of being behind Stefan’s brainwashing, so here’s how all the Days action played out.
First on Tuesday’s DOOL episode, Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) dreamed he was in bed following a threesome with Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) and Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn).
Alex woke up in bed with Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) and Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) instead before rushing to get in the shower.
Chanel thought Alex was acting so weird because he’d fallen in love with them, but Allie didn’t think that was true at all.
Once Alex emerged from the shower, Chanel and Allie confronted him about what was really going on.
Alex apologized if was acting off before admitting his dream about Chad and Stephanie.
Later, Chanel and Allie reflected on how their threesome with Alex brought them closer, but they agreed that sometimes three is a crowd and suggested they preferred just the two of them.
Once Alex made it back to the Kiriakis mansion, he looked annoyed over a news announcement on his tablet about Stephanie hiring Chad.
Meanwhile, Chad showed up to see Stephanie and once again apologized for last night.
Stephanie assured Chad that they could forget everything that happened once they left Julie’s Place.
Since Paulina Price (Jackee Harry) was in crisis mode, Stephanie took Chad for backup to her campaign headquarters.
Paulina was wary of Chad being part of this conversation, but she decided she could trust him – though she did make him sign a nondisclosure agreement.
Stephanie and Chad got updates on the file Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) handed over along with the mystery client she was representing.
Paulina was willing to pay, but she also knew the blackmailer could just ask for more – and then this info could still be released ahead of the election.
Despite the obvious threat to her campaign, Paulina was mostly concerned for Chanel.
Stephanie and Chad went back to her place to strategize before Alex arrived. When Stephanie asked what Alex was doing there, he ranted about her being a hypocrite.
Back with Chanel on Tuesday’s Days episode, she got a message from Paulina and rushed over to see what was wrong.
Paulina nervously clutched the incriminating file as she prepared to drop Sloan’s bomb.
In Gabi’s office, she found EJ sitting in her chair and threatened to throw him out. EJ just wanted to let Gabi know that the jig was up regarding Jake DiMera’s (Brandon Barash) fake marriage since he had evidence of fraud and Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) had confessed everything.
After EJ explained how Ava’s shares would go to Vivian Alamain (Louise Sorel), he added that Stefan would vote as her proxy once everything was squared away. EJ felt that Gabi was out of moves and called this checkmate.
Next, Li Shin (Remington Hoffman) had a meltdown as he left a voicemail for Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton).
When Li tried to leave the hotel suite, he found Wendy Shin (Victoria Grace) waiting on the other side of the door.
Wendy had taken the flight from Fairbanks and wanted to know where her dream job was.
Li pointed out that Wendy got a promotion since she was now in charge of IT, but Wendy wanted a job in Salem at the center of all things DiMera.
After Li pushed Wendy to take it up with their father, she acted like Li was the only one who could get through to that dinosaur.
Wendy thought Li could help her since he was engaged to DiMera’s CEO – unless he’d screwed that up since she’d overheard his earlier phone meltdown.
Li insisted everything was fine with Gabi, but Wendy wondered why he felt so threatened by Stefan since he supposedly hated Gabi now.
After Li left, Wendy hacked into her brother’s computer to learn more, but she could only find useless personal info.
Wendy ultimately decided she should find out what was up straight from the horse’s mouth and headed for the DiMera mansion.
Over with Johnny, he got acquainted with Stefan and was glad his uncle wasn’t dead.
However, Johnny was confused over Stefan’s about-face regarding Gabi and wondered what Dr. Rolf did to him.
Stefan acted like Dr. Rolf didn’t do anything, but Johnny considered everything EJ had to gain from Stefan turning against Gabi and suggested EJ might’ve been behind Rolf’s orders.
Soon after, Johnny once again bickered with EJ about Ava, but EJ felt that his son would see he was right in time.
EJ also urged Johnny to find a more age-appropriate love interest, so Johnny fumed about that as he opened the door to Wendy.
Back at DiMera Enterprises, Gabi complained to Li about EJ’s visit and worried she was truly out of moves.
Li looked nervous as Gabi hugged him and said he was the only one she could trust.
Afterward, EJ brought Stefan over to gloat about him being in control of Vivian’s shares soon enough.
Gabi couldn’t understand why Stefan was being so mean to her, so she pushed him to really look at her like they used to look at each other.
As Gabi pushed Stefan to remember their love, he flashed back to confessing his true feelings for Gabi and seemed flustered.
