Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Wednesday, April 27, reveals that Evan Frears (Brock Kelly) wanted revenge on Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) and was recruited as Allie Horton’s (Lindsay Arnold) helper. Jan Spears (Heather Lindell) also scored an ankle monitor victory as she moved in with Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) on house arrest.
At home, Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) got a visit from Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams), who encouraged her to drink his special electrolyte hangover cure.
Both Tripp and Chanel were glad they didn’t sleep together since they would’ve been doing it for revenge on the evil twins, who didn’t even seem to care.
Chanel was sorry for hooking up with Allie after her marriage to Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) blew up.
Tripp argued that Allie was the one who cheated, but he appreciated Chanel’s apology anyway and accepted her invitation to lunch.
In the crypt, Allie wrote a note using Ben’s shackled hand while he slept.
After Allie took off, Ben woke up and panicked over the devil going after Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) as well as his unborn child.
Johnny explained his own devil dilemma to Ben and felt it was useless to call for help. However, Ben had to try and convinced Johnny to yell along with him.
Ben and Johnny grew excited about being saved when the door to the crypt suddenly swung open – though Days spoilers hint Andre DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) will soon be revealed as this surprise visitor.
At home, Ciara was puzzled as she thought back to last night and looked at the leftover mugs.
Allie then showed up with some baby hand-me-downs and ultimately pretended she found Ben’s note on the floor.
Although the note made it seem like Ben didn’t want to wake Ciara when he left early, Ciara was still on edge. She decided to head to the garage and talk to Ben for herself.
In a moment alone, Allie decided she’d have to take more drastic action.
Outside the pub on Wednesday’s DOOL episode, Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) ran into Belle Brady (Martha Madison) and apologized for not being around when she was possessed.
Belle admitted it was strange since she didn’t experience major memory gaps like Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) did.
Talk turned to all the Jan baby drama and Belle’s relationship woes, so Eric confessed his regrets about not being more forgiving of Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker).
Eric also knew Belle wouldn’t make any progress on her marriage by avoiding Shawn.
Belle decided that Eric was right and resolved to go home to Shawn so they could work things out.
Since Ciara couldn’t find Ben at the garage, she headed to the pub to see if Clyde Weston (James Read) had seen him. Ciara was greeted by Eric, who found out she was on the hunt for Ben.
Next on Wednesday’s Days episode, Allie paid Evan a visit in prison and asked if he’d like to get revenge on Ben.
Evan was interested since he blamed Ben for his prison sentence, so Allie was pleased over their partnership.
In Statesville’s infirmary, Jan made a strong case for house arrest at Shawn’s place.
Jan knew Shawn didn’t want to put his innocent child at risk and acted like something had switched inside her now that she was going to be a mother.
After Shawn caved on talking to the warden, he admitted Jan’s idea would help them out with their overcrowding problem.
Since Shawn was willing to take responsibility for Jan while she was on house arrest, the plan was approved.
Jan gave Shawn a big hug and was fitted with an ankle monitor.
Jan learned Belle was staying with her parents and she said she was sorry – though she actually seemed tickled pink about staying with Shawn alone.
When Belle came home and saw Jan, she demanded to know what her nemesis was doing there.
Jan wondered if Belle hadn’t heard and insisted she was moving in!
