Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Wednesday, March 16, teases that “Renee DuMonde” aka Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) will push Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) too far while Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) cries to Abe Carver (James Reynolds). Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) will also face a big dilemma, so some stunning DOOL moments are ahead.
At the DiMera mansion, Days spoilers say Sarah’s presence will drive Anna up the wall.
That’s because Sarah is convinced she’s the real Renee DuMonde (Philece Sampler) and considers herself to be Tony’s true love.
Of course, Anna knows Sarah is mentally ill, but that doesn’t mean she enjoys dealing with another version of her least favorite person!
There’s probably no rival Anna hated more than Renee, so dealing with her in any form is infuriating.
Anna may refuse to coddle Sarah and urge her to accept that Renee has been dead for years.
However, “Renee” hasn’t listened to logic before and isn’t about to start now.
Instead, Sarah will launch a fierce faceoff and push Anna to her breaking point.
It’ll become difficult for Anna to live under the same roof with “Renee,” but Tony will do his best to play peacemaker – at least until they can figure out how to make Sarah herself again.
Meanwhile, Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) will get to work on that task.
Xander will seek out Maggie and insist she needs to sign some important paperwork, which would force Sarah back into the hospital for some tests and the proper treatment.
Unfortunately, Maggie may be conflicted about an involuntary hospitalization.
After all, Sarah has been held on a deserted island for months. Maggie might worry it’ll send Sarah even further over the edge if they don’t give her some space.
Xander will feel like they have to do something drastic since all this “Renee” stuff is nuts.
Xander will want Maggie to see how crucial it is to get Sarah professional help, but Maggie might drag her feet on signing the papers anyway.
Next, Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) will want the kidnapping truth from Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien).
Abigail will put Gwen on the spot and try to find out whether Gwen was Ava Vitali’s (Tamara Braun) mysterious accomplice.
Gwen will insist she’s a changed woman and wasn’t caught up in any of the island-shipping chaos.
Abigail may not believe Gwen, but she’ll have to let this go until she can get some hard evidence against her scheming sister.
Other Days spoilers say Abe will race to the hospital, where he’ll support Lani in her time of need.
Lani is trying to stay strong and believe Eli will come back to her, but she’ll also have to face the possibility that he might die.
Eli suffered a major gunshot wound to the head thanks to TR Coates (William Christian), so there’ll be concerns about brain damage as well.
Lani will definitely need to use Abe as a shoulder to cry on – and he’ll be more than willing to comfort his daughter.
Abe and Lani may not be related by blood, but he’s her father in every way that counts.
TR has biology on his side, but he just pumped a bullet in Lani’s husband!
While Eli fights to survive, TR will hope he can convince Beth Howard (Donielle Artese) to keep her mouth shut.
TR will continue to pull a nice guy act and make it worth Beth’s while, but he may throw a threat or two in at the end – just to let Beth know he means business.
After TR strikes a deal with Beth, he’ll join Lani at the hospital and feign shock over what’s happened to Eli.
TR will want to console Lani, but Abe will think this guy is a walking red flag and will want him out of there as soon as he arrives.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say TR’s past will catch up with him eventually – no matter how hard he tries to bury it.
