Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Wednesday, March 23, teases that Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) will reject a Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) reunion while Clyde Weston (James Read) goes free. Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) and Ciara Brady-Weston (Victoria Konefal) will also have a baby gender reveal cake made, so there’ll be some highs and lows happening across Salem.
At DiMera Enterprises, Gabi will be ready to take her relationship with Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) to the next level – just like he wanted.
Days spoilers say Gabi’s dress will be half off when Jake finds her with shirtless Johnny on the desk.
Of course, Jake has proven he’s a jealous guy, so he’ll fume at the sight of Gabi with a creep like Johnny.
That’s especially true since Gabi kept acting like she wasn’t romantically interested in Johnny at all.
Days spoilers say Jake will deliver the news of the devil’s manipulation.
Jake will explain that Belle Brady (Martha Madison) was to blame for all the misunderstandings, even though DOOL fans know it was possessed Johnny who blew Jake and Gabi apart.
Gabi will reach for Jake’s hand and perhaps insist this means they can be together again.
However, Jake’s facial expression will tell a different story.
Jake will still look very betrayed, especially after walking in on Gabi with Johnny in a compromising situation.
Days spoilers say Jake will walk away and leave Gabi heartbroken without a reunion.
Naturally, possessed Johnny will be tickled pink since he loves causing destruction.
At Statesville, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will blow his top over Clyde ordering his death in the park.
Now that EJ has remembered, he’ll want Clyde to pay – and he’ll plan to ruin Clyde’ chance at parole as a result.
Clyde is so close to freedom, so he won’t want EJ making a mess of things.
Clyde will get in EJ’s face and bark at him to let it go or else, so EJ will refrain from destroying Clyde’s parole opportunity.
Clyde was hopeful that he wouldn’t have to spend another night in prison – and it turns out he indeed doesn’t.
The afternoon parole hearing will turn out well, so Clyde will walk out of Statesville and begin a new chapter.
In the town square, Ben and Ciara will go looking for the ladies of Sweet Bits.
They’ll be taken aback when they stumble upon Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) kissing Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens), but they should get the scoop on their couple status and congratulate them.
It’ll be Chanel and Allie’s turn for a surprise when they find what the parents-to-be want.
There’s a good chance Ciara will pass along the baby gender reveal envelope and ask for a cake to help them learn whether they’re having a boy or girl.
Allie and Chanel will be happy to become part of the celebration, so they should have no problem whipping up a cake with pink or blue inside – depending on what the sonogram says!
Afterward, Ben and Ciara will hope the drama’s over.
They believe the devil has left Salem for good, so they’ll count on things to be smooth sailing until this baby’s birth.
There’s a big problem with that since the devil is still in Johnny’s body – not to mention shady Clyde is about to stop by Ben and Ciara’s apartment!
Ciara should be particularly rattled over Clyde’s arrival and will hope Ben can keep his previously problematic father under control.
At the DiMera mansion, Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) will convince Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) to scheme with her and make sure the devil goes down for framing EJ.
Chad and Kate will work together to ensure that the bogus proof gets planted on Belle’s computer.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Chad will also have to sell the accusations to Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer), so he’ll commit to the setup and keep himself out of prison in the process.
It sounds like viewers will see some great scheming on Wednesday, so stay tuned!
