Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Wednesday, November 23, teases that Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) revealed a baby decision while Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) realized he might be facing payback. Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) also dealt with some Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) shock, so here’s how all the DOOL drama went down.
At the pub, Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) came clean to Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) about Jada’s pregnancy and how they weren’t on the best of terms.
Eric admitted that he’d decided to be with Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) just before Jada got the big news.
Although Eric hoped Jada would keep the baby, he admitted he’d understand if that’s not that she wanted.
Upstairs, Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) found Jada packing her things to move out and got updates on Eric wanting to be with Nicole.
Jada confessed a clean break may not be possible since she was pregnant, so Kate suggested Jada should fight for Eric.
However, Jada said Eric made his decision and now it was time to make hers about whether she’d keep the baby.
Kate reminded Jada that it was her life, body and decision, so Jada thanked her for listening and for the advice.
At Rafe Hernandez’s (Galen Gering) house, Nicole showed up for some of her belongings since she thought Rafe would be at the police station.
There was some awkwardness, but Rafe reluctantly caved in on Nicole’s offer to make a pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving like she planned.
Rafe said he wouldn’t drag out the divorce and that they’d call it irreconcilable differences.
Nicole acknowledged that Rafe was a good man who didn’t deserve this, but he wasn’t so sure about that.
Since Rafe was still with Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) when he first hooked up with Nicole, he thought maybe it was karmic intervention.
Nicole didn’t believe that and wished they could go back to being friends, but Rafe didn’t see how that was possible – at least right now.
In the end, Nicole said a tearful goodbye and rolled out some suitcases.
Back at the pub on Wednesday’s Days episode, Eric talked to Roman about things being a mess, so Kate appeared and thought that was an understatement.
Jada eventually decided to join the gathering and spoke to Eric alone to reveal the pregnancy decision she’d made.
Later, Eric and Jada joined Roman and Kate at a table for Thanksgiving dinner.
When it was time for Eric to share what he was thankful for, he announced that Jada had decided to keep the baby.
Eric added that they’d be raising this child together, so Nicole looked tense as she overheard nearby.
At Allie Horton’s (Lindsay Arnold) place, she got a visit from Abe Carver (James Reynolds) and worried about Chanel Dupree’s (Raven Bowens) uncertain future.
Chanel was still in police custody, but Abe offered to pull some strings so Allie could spend the holiday with her.
In the interrogation room, Paulina Price (Jackee Harry) assured Chanel that she wasn’t a murderer and admitted Sloan had a personal vendetta.
Chanel was stunned to learn Sloan was the daughter of Martha Bedford and Nathan Bedford, so she wanted revenge for her mother’s death.
Chanel worried about Paulina potentially facing charges for the cover-up before talk turned to Allie.
Now that Allie knew the truth, Chanel worried she wouldn’t want to be with her.
On Wednesday’s Days episode, Allie entered with Abe and piped up that wasn’t going to happen.
Abe and Allie brought in bags full of food, so they sat down with Paulina and Chanel to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner together.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Chanel still has some tough times ahead of her, but at least she’ll have plenty of support!
