Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Wednesday, November 30, reveals that Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) was to blame for Jada Hunter’s (Elia Cantu) abortion. EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) and Li Shin (Remington Hoffman) also had to plead to avoid prison, so here’s how all the DOOL drama went down.
In the town square, Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) interrupted Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) and Chloe Lane’s (Nadia Bjorlin) romantic moment to demand an answer about whether they’d attend her wedding.
Stefan insisted they wouldn’t miss it and acted like he’d get Chloe on board.
Since Stefan loved a good trainwreck, he couldn’t wait to watch Li make the biggest mistake of his life.
However, Stefan changed his mind after Gabi left since Chloe was so uncomfortable with this.
Chloe didn’t want to see Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) at the event, so Stefan assured her that they’d RSVP no and spend New Year’s Eve in Miami instead.
At Basic Black, Brady gave Nicole a pep talk about Jada and Eric Brady’s (Greg Vaughan) co-parenting situation.
Nicole worried about this baby changing her relationship with Eric, but Brady stressed the importance of showing her commitment to a blended family.
At the pub on Wednesday’s Days episode, Jada admitted that she terminated her pregnancy and reminded Eric that it was her choice.
Eric was still upset over Jada getting an abortion without telling him and wondered what changed.
Jada confessed that Nicole helped her understand how hard it would be raising a child as a single mother, even though Eric would be helping some of the time.
Jada also struggled over the father of her child not loving her and being tied to him forever.
Whether it was Nicole’s intention or not, Jada confessed she definitely helped her decide not to have this baby.
Now Eric was off the hook, which was Jada’s polite way of telling him to leave her alone.
Jada said there was no reason to be in each other’s lives and pointed out that next time she couldn’t promise she’d be so nice.
Back at Basic Black, Nicole decided that Brady was right and that she could make this work with Eric as well as Jada.
Suddenly, Eric showed up looking furious and wanted to speak with Nicole alone.
Once Brady left, Eric slammed the door and pushed Nicole to tell him the truth. “Did you encourage Jada to have an abortion?” Eric asked angrily.
Meanwhile, Chloe had an awkward encounter with Brady and wondered if Nicole was still at Basic Black since she needed to talk to her.
Brady suggested waiting since Eric was there and seemed upset.
At the Hernandez house, Wendy Shin (Victoria Grace) finally got Li to admit he was behind Stefan’s brainwashing and that he’d ordered her drugging along with Johnny DiMera’s (Carson Boatman) – though he was assured no harm would come to them.
Wendy ranted about Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) treating them like lab rats and felt that Li was being unfair to Gabi.
Nevertheless, Li acted like everyone had moved on and that Gabi loved him now.
If Wendy spilled his secret, Li warned that he could lose Gabi along with his position at DiMera Enterprises and go to prison.
Wendy wound up covering for Li when Gabi returned, so he seemed pleased about reaching an understanding with his sister.
At the DiMera mansion on Wednesday’s Days episode, EJ explained that he found out about what Dr. Rolf did to Stefan, but it was none of his business.
Johnny acted like EJ was driven by power and wondered how he’d feel in Stefan’s shoes, but EJ suggested he’d think someone did him a favor.
That led to EJ comparing Stefan’s situation with Gabi to his own situation with Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney).
According to EJ, loving Sami had only brought humiliation and heartbreak.
Besides, EJ felt like Johnny was motivated by revenge rather than concern for Stefan, so they rehashed his resentment over Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun).
Johnny certainly wasn’t on Ava’s side after what she did to Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) and didn’t want to pile on since EJ just lost his mother.
EJ warned that he could lose his job at DiMera Enterprises and go to prison for his complicity in what was done to Stefan. That’s why it was important for Johnny to keep his mouth shut.
Stefan ended up walking in on the tense discussion, but he assumed Johnny was giving EJ a hard time about what happened to Susan.
Johnny suggested that Stefan was right – that he was being too hard on EJ and that what was done was done.
Once Johnny and Wendy met up again, they realized they were stuck keeping the Stefan secret, but they were clearly uncomfortable with that.
As for Stefan, he offered EJ his support during this time of mourning. If someone Stefan loved deeply was taken from him, he knew EJ would do the same.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say EJ and Li will have to pay the price for their actions eventually, so stay tuned to DOOL!
