Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for the week of August 8-12 teases that Leo Stark’s (Greg Rikaart) murder night secrets will be exposed while EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) catches Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) and Gwen Rizczech’s (Emily O’Brien) private conversation. There’ll be some new Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) snags as well, so let’s talk about what DOOL has in store.
At the DiMera mansion, EJ will encourage Ava to consider this home sweet home.
However, EJ only invited Ava to move in because he feels you should keep family close and pretenders closer!
Later, Ava and Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) will have a rather intense encounter.
There’ll be some close moments before Johnny and Ava are caught in a compromising position, so someone may witness some steaminess.
EJ will also overhear Ava and Gwen’s discussion, so will he realize Ava broke Gwen out of prison the night Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) was killed?
If EJ figures that out, it could give him some leverage.
After Jada Hunter (Elia Hunter) gets to know Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) as her new work partner, she’ll get an introduction to Belle Brady (Martha Madison).
Shawn and Belle will eventually put some more work into their marriage, so they’ll take steps in the right direction.
Back with Jada, she’ll enjoy her lunch date with Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan), but Nicole Walker Hernandez (Arianne Zucker) certainly won’t.
Nicole will burn with jealousy and struggle to hide it from Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering), who’ll confront his wife about her obsession with Eric’s date.
Next, Days spoilers say Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) will want Stefan awake just as soon as the heart transplant is done.
Li Shin (Remington Hoffman), who provided financial backing for this resurrection project and has been secretly monitoring Stefan’s progress, will have other ideas.
We’ll see Dr. Rolf delay Stefan’s rise a little longer since Li will need more time to woo Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus).
Li also has an agenda regarding Stefan’s future at DiMera Enterprises, so he’ll want a chance to full prepare for the bomb that’s about to drop.
At Statesville, Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) will go undercover as a priest and seek info from the warden (Cassandra Relynn) on duty.
Although Xander may not get firm proof that Gwen escaped on the night of Abigail’s murder, he’ll soon realize Ava is the key and could rat her out.
After Xander brings Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) up to speed, they’ll talk about some potential ways to make Ava turn against her partner in crime.
Since Leo could use a job, he’ll turn to Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) for one.
Something tells us Chloe and Brady won’t exactly be receptive to Leo’s proposal!
Over with Nancy Miller (Patrika Darbo) and Clyde Weston (James Read), they’ll ultimately get some help from Brady and Chloe on solving a mystery.
Thanks to the extra brain power, Clyde will determine that Leo caused all the stolen jewelry chaos.
That could leave Clyde feeling vengeful, but he won’t be the only one!
Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will also want payback when Thomas DiMera (Carson Boatman) identifies Leo as the tooth fairy from the basement.
It’ll become clear to Chad that Leo was lurking at the DiMera mansion, so he’ll have a new top suspect in Abigail’s murder case.
Other Days spoilers say Alexander “Alex” Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) will make his move with Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens).
Although Alex will get flirty, Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) may be there to insist Chanel is taken and push him to back off.’
Alex will also try to smooth things over with Sonny Kiriakis (Zach Tinker) and convince him that working together is a good idea.
Sonny presumably won’t realize Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) has made Alex a secret fixer, so that’s a shocker that’ll come out down the road.
