Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the week of December 26-30 teases that Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) will land in another tight spot, so Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) will try to help him as usual. Unfortunately, Gwen’s efforts won’t work out very well this time around!
Bonnie Kiriakis (Judi Evans) will accidentally tip Sarah Cook (Linsey Godfrey) off to a clue that gets the wheels turning.
That’ll play a role in how Gwen and Xander’s tangled web of lies begins to crumble.
Days spoilers say Sarah will eventually back Xander into a corner and demand some real answers, so he may crack under the pressure soon enough.
Over with Will Horton (Chandler Massey), his homecoming will bring some marriage conflict.
After Will realizes Sonny Kiriakis (Zach Tinker) moved Leo in the Kiriakis mansion and has been helping him repeatedly, it’ll cause concern.
Will’s going to remind Sonny of Leo’s twisted past, but Sonny will inevitably defend Leo and the nice guy he’s become.
Of course, Sonny could change his tune if he finds out about Leo’s fake clown kidnapping fiasco and the paid favor he did for Gwen.
As for Paulina Price (Jackée Harry), she’ll get a wonderful reunion when Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) brings the twins to her place for a visit.
It’ll be nice to see Paulina get some good news and family time.
Next, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) and Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) will get even closer.
Days spoilers say EJ will have a confession to make, so that could involve his growing feelings for Nicole.
EJ and Nicole should have a sizzling New Year’s Eve that includes a make-out session and perhaps more.
Of course, there’ll be some other New Year’s Eve drama happening – like Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) and Li Shin’s (Remington Hoffman) doomed wedding.
Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will grill Gabi about what’s in her heart shortly before the ceremony begins.
It looks like Rafe may doubt that Gabi actually wants to marry Li, but she’ll stand by her choice since Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) has washed his hands of her.
However, Wendy Shin (Victoria Grace) will find it increasingly difficult to keep her mouth shut about Stefan’s brainwashing and Li’s manipulation.
It seems Wendy may be the one to blow the lid off this secret at the nuptials.
Whatever the case, Days spoilers say Gabi will rip into Li at the big event, which is sure to end in catastrophe.
Rafe and Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) will bond as they watch the New Year’s Eve fireworks together, but they’ll have to endure a tense encounter with Nicole first.
In Miami, Stefan and Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) will wrap up the year in style, so they’ll have a celebration far away from all the wedding chaos going down in Salem.
There’ll be some midnight love blooming in Salem and on this Miami getaway, so DOOL fans will want to stay tuned!
Meanwhile, Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will team up on a plot to neutralize Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk), but some snags are brewing that could force them to make some updates to their strategy.
Kristen will face a problem of her own when she makes a shocking discovery – one that should involve the orchid going missing from his hiding spot.
