Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for the week of February 21-25 tease that EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feuerriegel) shooting will haunt while Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) prepares for a court battle. Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) will also have an unexpected date to get ready for, so here’s what Days fans can expect.
After EJ realizes he’s sharing a cell with Clyde Weston (James Read), he’ll flash back to the night he got shot.
DOOL recreated that scene with Dan Feurriegel in the part, so it’ll be fun to see his spin on EJ’s shocking “death.”
EJ was ultimately revived, but he’ll still end up battling it out with Clyde at Statesville.
In the meantime, Rafe will be stuck in lockup on Valentine’s Day, which is happening a bit late in Salem due to the Winter Olympics.
Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) will play the part of the doting girlfriend by showing up with baked goods.
Ava will walk in on Nicole Walker’s (Arianne Zucker) visit with Rafe in the interrogation room, so that’ll set the stage for a showdown.
Nicole will be sick of Ava acting all sweet when she actually set Rafe up.
After Rafe and Nicole come clean about hooking up on the conference table, they’ll assume Ava knows all about that.
It’s the reason Ava decided on this vengeful takedown.
Nevertheless, Ava won’t admit to anything and will instead focus on the pain of this betrayal.
Once Ava unleashes her fury, Rafe will get ready for court.
Rafe will worry he could face major consequences for crimes he didn’t commit, but Nicole will vow to clear Rafe’s name and take Ava down.
After Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) stirs up a sedation cocktail for Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk), Kristen will collapse and give Abigail a shot at finding Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey).
While Kristen is unconscious, Abigail will go looking for Sarah – though Kristen will end up at Sarah’s room later.
Days spoilers say Sarah will actually find an escape route out of that bedroom.
After encountering Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) trying to make their own storm bunker getaway, Sarah will weird them out with her claims.
After being drugged and getting a little too wrapped up in an old journal, Sarah will talk about how she’s Renee DuMonde (Philece Sampler).
“Renee” will want to get back to the man she loves, which is Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis).
Back in Salem, Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) will come home and grill Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) about Abigail’s vanishing act.
Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) may act like Jack is way out of line and argue that Gwen wouldn’t have played a role in Abigail’s snatching.
Of course, Gwen really did play a big role in shipping Abigail off to that island, but she’ll feign innocence and no doubt let Xander defend her.
While Nancy Wesley (Patrika Darbo) gets guidance from Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), Craig Wesley (Kevin Spirtas) will have a request that makes Chloe uncomfortable.
Chloe won’t be sure she’s ready to meet the man who broke up her parents’ marriage, but Craig will insist it’d mean a lot to him.
This will send Chloe on an unexpected date with Brady Black (Eric Martsolf), though it’ll be a platonic one for the sake of support.
Brady will grant Chloe’s request by joining this dinner, but she’ll still worry about the awkwardness of meeting Craig’s beau.
Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) appears to be the mysterious boyfriend we’ve been hearing so much about, but that shocking revelation will have to wait a little longer.
Until then, Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) will continue to turn Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) against Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash).
Johnny will also invite Gabi to his bed and encourage her to get another dose of revenge on Jake.
The rift between Jake and Gabi will definitely widen thanks to Johnny’s dangerous manipulation.
Next, Johnny’s clue will leave Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes), Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) and Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) fearing that the devil is still in town.
Johnny messed with that cross on the wall outside Ben and Ciara’s apartment, so that’ll start to raise suspicions.
Elsewhere, TR Coates (William Christian) will continue to make waves.
Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) will hope to join forces with Abe Carver (James Reynolds) and keep Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) safe.
Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) will return from a visit with Valerie Grant (Vanessa A. Williams) and realize he’s missed a lot!
Even so, Eli will catch up on the bio dad drama and warn TR not to make trouble.
Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) will also have a film proposition for TR to consider while Tony and Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) follow Abigail’s trail.
