Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the week of July 18-22 tease that there’ll be some prison escape drama while Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) pushes Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) to wed ASAP. Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will also confess to EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel), so here’s what DOOL fans can look forward to.
First, Chad will come clean to EJ about his role in helping Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) set him up.
After Chad’s confession, he’ll deliver a heartfelt apology and hope EJ can forgive him.
Meanwhile, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will rip into Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) for keeping quiet about Lucas kidnapping Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney).
Kate will be sorry for adding to the pain of this whole situation, but she may hope Marlena can understand a mother’s desire to protect her child.
Kate will also push Marlena to help Lucas recover some missing memories.
Marlena will cave in and move forward with a hypnosis session, so it won’t be long until Lucas goes under and has some shocking flashes from the night Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) was killed.
Other Days spoilers say Xander will urge Sarah to focus on their next chapter.
Xander will talk Sarah into marrying him ASAP, so their rushed wedding ceremony is coming up.
However, Sarah and Xander’s nuptials will get derailed, so look for an interruption to shake things up.
This could be in connection with Abigail’s murder case since Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) – a soon-to-be new Salem PD detective – will pitch in on questioning a new suspect.
After Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) proposes remarriage to Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) unexpectedly, Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) will make a distressing discovery.
Days spoilers say Allie will witness a kiss between Chanel and Johnny, so she’ll worry about her brother gaining the lead in this love triangle – at least for now.
As for Will Horton (Chandler Massey), he’ll get a stunning new offer.
Perhaps Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) and Jennifer Deveraux (Cady McClain) will want Will to run The Spectator now that Abigail is gone.
Meanwhile, Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) will defend Belle Brady (Martha Madison) to Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) and push him to give her another shot despite her decision to sleep with EJ.
At Statesville, Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) will grumble over Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) becoming her new cellmate.
Nevertheless, Kristen will have what she considers to be a lucky encounter with Evan Frears aka Christian Maddox, so she may insist she wants in on Evan’s escape with Orpheus (George DelHoyo).
A surprising team of villains is about to unleash chaos on Salem, so Evan, Orpheus, Gwen and Kristen should be part of all the mayhem.
Orpheus will no doubt help bio dad Evan go after the baby Shawn believes is his own, so a kidnapping scheme should be part of this prison break.
Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) will also grill Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) about Kristen, so he may suspect she’s leaving him out of the loop on some key facts.
Elsewhere, Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) will make some ambitious plans for Abe Carver’s (James Reynolds) political career.
Abe will be taken aback over Paulina’s big dreams for his future, so we’ll see if she can sell him on her vision.
