Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Claire Brady (last played by Isabel Durant) could return to Salem for a Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) reunion after all the Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) heartbreak. Tripp is setting himself up for devastation since he doesn’t know Allie’s keeping a scandalous secret.
DOOL fans know Tripp trusts Allie and thinks they’re on the same page when it comes to their devotion to each other.
Tripp has this picture-perfect future in mind with Allie and Henry Horton (Clyde and Nash Gunderson), but his blissful bubble will ultimately burst.
Allie hooked up with Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) after that disastrous wedding reception and has been hiding the truth ever since.
Tripp plans to propose with a family heirloom engagement ring, so that somehow seems even worse!
Poor Tripp is just so sentimental and sweet, but he’s putting Allie on a pedestal – and that can only end in pain.
Of course, Allie doesn’t have malicious motives in all this. She thinks Tripp is the one she wants, but he doesn’t appear to have her whole heart.
Regardless, Tripp may dump Allie once he learns the truth.
What happens if Tripp ends up single again? Could Claire come back to Salem for another chance with Tripp?
That might be a smart move since Allie and Claire are so close.
There’d be the potential for a new Allie, Tripp and Claire love triangle – that is if Allie doesn’t end up with Chanel instead.
Regardless, another younger woman needs to get in the mix on Days. Claire would be an ideal fit no matter who plays her.
Isabel Durant took over the role from Olivia Rose Keegan, but they were both great versions of Claire. Days could always recast again if they need to.
In fact, SOD released a blind item not too long ago about a major character being recast who had been off canvas.
Claire Brady would certainly be a good match for that blind item, so it’s worth keeping in mind.
Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) and Belle Brady (Martha Madison) should have some drama coming up down the road, so it’d be nice for them to have their daughter back in Salem.
Claire might return for her parents’ marriage woes and stay for a second chance with Tripp!
