Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) will come up with a Baby Mickey vacation lie and push Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) to deceive Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) with a phony story.
Sarah seemed fine once she was given the antidote, but a shocker came when she asked to see her baby.
Now Xander is in a tight spot since Sarah doesn’t remember that her little girl is deceased.
The real Mackenzie “Mickey” Horton is dead and buried, but Sarah no longer has knowledge of the baby swap or any of the Days drama that came with it.
However, Xander won’t like the idea of dropping this massive bomb on Sarah when she’s recovering from brain damage.
There’ll be some debates between Xander and Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) as they try to find a way to ease Sarah into the truth.
Since Xander will need to buy some time, he’ll tell Sarah that “Mickey” is with Eric before seeking a huge favor.
Days spoilers say Xander will visit Eric and push him to tell Sarah that he’s gone on a trip with Mickey.
By selling this Mickey vacation lie, Xander will hope to avoid breaking Sarah’s heart for as long as possible.
Naturally, Eric will have a tough time getting on board with Xander’s plan for multiple reasons – the number one reason being that Father Eric isn’t supposed to go around lying!
It’s not a good look for a priest to resort to this kind of deception.
Plus, Eric won’t think it’s wise to delay the inevitable and hurt Sarah with more secrets.
Lying to Sarah was what got Xander into the trouble in the first place, so Eric won’t get why he’d want to dig another hole for himself.
Nevertheless, Xander will pressure Eric to help him out – just for a little while.
Before Eric can decide one way or the other, Sarah will take matters into her own hands by heading over to Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) and making some big assumptions about where her baby is.
Nicole will get dragged into this mess next on DOOL, so Xander’s problems will get worse before they get better.
