Tonight’s Fear The Walking Dead (FTWD) episode begins with Luciana and Daniel who are playing a game of memory while Wes is busying himself beside them packing a bag. Daniel makes a mistake, he calls Luciana Ofelia and she corrects him. Luciana goes and tells Morgan that Daniel is making progress, he suggests that she stay behind and work with Daniel. Luciana really doesn’t want to, she would rather go with them on the mission to find weapons to fight Victor for the tower. Wes comes in the room and says that Daniel is gone. Wes and Luciana leave to find Daniel.
Daniel is outside near a playground and has a near-miss with a walker. Daniel sees two people and tells them to take their masks off, it is Luciana and Wes. Daniel shows them the memory card with a picture of a boat on it, he says it is a message from Ofelia and she needs him. Luciana tells him that his daughter is dead and she is sorry. Wes tells him that he is confused. Daniel maintains that Ofelia is alive. He accuses Luciana of trying to take Ofelia’s place in his life. All of a sudden Stalks come in and capture the three of them, there is no time to run.
They are captured and Daniel says he is not scared of them, he was trained by the CIA, and they should be afraid of him. Daniel pulls a gun on Arno and says he is going to go look for his daughter. Arno teases him and tells him to shoot him, Daniel does and he has no bullets. Arno says he knows they found a weapons cache and he wants the coordinates, Luciana says no way. Daniel looks on and sees a boat, he says Ofelia is there.
They take Wes to question him and lock up Daniel and Luciana. Daniel then offers a deal, he is going to tell them where the weapons are in exchange for Ofelia. No matter what Luciana says to Daniel, he doesn’t believe that Ofelia is dead. Wes is in a cage hovering over a bunch of walkers. Wes won’t tell, he won’t betray his people. He lowers the cage onto the walkers and Wes says he won’t say crap to him. All of a sudden, Daniel and Luciana walk up and tell Arno to stop.
Daniel tells him that he will tell him where the weapons are in return for his daughter that is in a boat down by the walkers. Arno has no idea what Daniel is talking about, but he says he is right, they do have his daughter. Luciana says Daniel doesn’t know where the weapons are, he barely remembers anything. Daniel gives him the coordinates, but they are wrong. Arno sends half his men in the wrong direction twenty miles away. Arno tells Daniel that if he gave him the wrong directions he is going to kill all of them. Daniel, Wes, and Luciana are back in lock up, it will take Arno’s men 24 hours to get back.
Again, Luciana tells Daniel that he is not going to find Ofelia but he won’t listen. Daniel tells the two they need to get out of there.
Daniel lays face down on the floor, Wes starts screaming for help and when Sage comes in Daniel gets up and takes a knife to his throat. Sage tells Daniel that his daughter is not there. Luciana tells Sage to take them to the boat, it is the only way for them to get free is for him to see that Ofelia is not there. They go there and Ofelia is not there. Daniel cuts Sage’s throat just as he tells Wes that he knows Dustin, Wes’ brother.
Wes and Luciana are still on the boat, he explains to her that he killed Dustin. Meanwhile, Arno is alone and Danielle takes a knife to his throat and puts him in the cage, he tells him that he lied to him about Ofelia. Arno is screaming and the walkers are attacking him. Wes and Luciana run up and asks Daniel what he is doing. They bring up the cage, but it is too late, Daniel’s legs are eaten up. He is still alive, he tells Lucia that someone is letting the walkers out of the crater. Arno dies in the cage. Daniel is upset that Arno lied to him.
Luciana speaks to Arno’s group, she says they all need each other now more than ever, they have to fight Victor Strand and get a new life together. They agree. Daniel tells Luciana that she will never be able to give them what she is promising them. Luciana tells Daniel that he is their secret weapon. Luciana tells Daniel that Arno told her before he died that Ofelia is alive and she knows where she is, Strand has her in the tower. Daniel tells her that he wants to believe it, but his mind is not clear. She must be certain, if this is another lie, it could break him for good. She tells him it is true. Daniel says they will get into the tower, and he will be reunited with Ofelia.
Wes tells Luciana that what she just did, she is no better than the rest of them and he will not go with her. He tells her Daniel is confused and doesn’t know what he is doing, but she knows exactly what she is doing.
Luciana returns to the sub with Daniel and Arnos people, she tells Morgan that they want to help them. And Wes is not there, he needs time alone. Morgan got the weapons, now they just have to plan.
Wes heads to the tower, he picks up the phone to speak to Victor, he says he wants to make a deal, he can save his tower.
