General Hospital spoilers preview video for the week of August 29 reveals that the huge story centers on Ava Jerome Cassadine’s (Maura West) attack. The weekly preview clip shows Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) grilling Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma). Meanwhile, everyone is in shock and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) leans on Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).
Saving Ava Jerome Cassadine
GH spoilers reveal that the preview clip begins where the Friday, August 26 episode ended. Ava is lying on the ground after being attacked with a hook.
Ava doesn’t know who attacked her but she knows that the injury is serious. Still in shock, Ava puts her hands on the bloody wound on her stomach.
Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will be the one to make the shocking discovery. Josslyn will jump into action and call for help.
It is teased that Ava will need emergency surgery. So, the police won’t be able to get her account of what happened until after she wakes up.
GH Spoilers: Police Investigate Attack
The preview for the week of August 29 shows police tape being stretched around the crime scene.
It is announced that everyone who was at the Quartermaine family’s charity picnic will need to be questioned. Everyone in Port Charles will be shocked and disturbed that there is a crazed maniac on the loose.

General Hospital spoilers reveal that the preview shows Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) watching as the police rope off the crime scene.
Mac Scorpio (John J. York) says they need to know the whereabouts of every single person when the attack occurred.
Meanwhile, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) glances at Nikolas, who is standing in shock.
The next scene shows Spencer and Victor standing next to each other with somber looks on their faces.
Then, a shot of Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) is shown, who appears horrified and shocked.
Anna leans on Valentine while Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) tries to console Josslyn.
General Hospital Spoilers: Jordan Ashford’s Interrogation
The last scene in the preview clip features Jordan and Nikolas. Jordan seems fed up as she blasts Nikolas.
Jordan demands to know why Nikolas is so resistant to providing information. So, it looks like Nikolas is making himself out to be a suspect.
After Jordan finds out about Nikolas and Ava’s crumbled marriage as well as the passion and disappearance of Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl), there could be an arrest.
However, will the right person be arrested or will the real attacker get away with the crime?
This storyline probably won’t be resolved right away. There are also several red herrings and a shocking outcome is teased. So, it’s a week that fans will definitely not want to miss!
