Then, the clip shows Esme methodically walking towards her victim while holding a heavy candlestick as a weapon. The intended target appears to be Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma).
Willow Tait’s Medical Crisis
GH spoilers reveal that Willow has been put through a lot. Willow had a lot of stress and then found out she was pregnant.
Although Willow is indeed with child, she had to face another bombshell, which was a leukemia diagnosis.
In the preview clip for the week of October 17, Willow holds her stomach while standing frozen in place. Willow’s eyes are wide and she seems to be gasping for breath or hyperventilating.
Willow’s loved ones immediately notice that something is wrong. However, what does this troubling scene mean for Willow, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and everyone else?
GH Spoilers: Lucy Coe Cornered
The preview clip also shows who “Hook” goes after next. It was hinted that Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) could be targeted. That is indeed what is happening.
Caught in front of a loading dock, Lucy backs away and begs for her life. However, will Lucy manage to survive or will “Hook” claim another life?

The preview clip also shows Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) glaring while taking a sip of her cocktail.
Next, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) looks across a room and appears to be troubled by it.
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will make a heartbreaking and emotional call requesting help on behalf of Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) .
The preview clip also shows Olivia looking through an open doorway that Michael has just kicked in. Olivia gasps in horror at what she sees.
