GH spoilers for the week of September 12 reveal that the preview shows Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) having a worrisome conversation.
Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) asks Elizabeth how she’s going to get to the bottom of the situation, presumably her lack of memories from the night of the hook attack.
That is when Elizabeth says she knows what she has to do.

The weekly preview clip goes over to Ava and Nikolas next. Still in the hospital recovering after nearly being killed by the hook villain, Nikolas is allowed to visit her.
However, Ava doesn’t want Nikolas’ assurances or comfort. Clearly, on edge and angry, Ava demands that Nikolas tell her if he is the one who pierced her with the hook.
Jordan Ashford’s Concern
General Hospital spoilers reveal that everyone thinks that Ava was the sole focus of the attacker’s rage. However, it is teased that there is another character who ends up being targeted.
Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) is concerned that this could just be the beginning. That means this could potentially turn into a serial killer storyline.
While Jordan talks to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) about it, TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) asks Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) if he knows something.

During the week of September 12, fans can also expect Carly to be in grave danger. Carly is on an airplane.
However, Carly looks alarmed as she wonders if this is the end of her life. The plane begins shaking violently, which could just be turbulence mid-air.
However, when all the lights in the plane start flickering while the alarms blare, Carly knows that they could be about to crash.
Will Carly survive this horrific ordeal? Is this a mechanical failure or could someone be trying to make sure Carly doesn’t survive?
