General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) may blame Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) for stabbing her. Will Ava have her husband arrested for revenge?
Let’s think about Ava’s situation and how she might choose to handle it.
Ava already wanted payback on Nikolas for sleeping with Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl), but then the whole parapet situation happened.
That gave Nikolas the upper hand and forced Ava to keep up this sham marriage or risk facing Esme murder accusations.
However, the game has suddenly changed in a surprising way. Ava now has a chance at the ultimate revenge – and she just might take it!
Most GH fans can agree that Nikolas’ behavior has been absolutely disgusting.
Nikolas cheated on Ava with a woman young enough to be his daughter – someone Ava despises and someone who was romantically involved with his own son.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, Nikolas had the nerve to blame Ava once Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) found out the truth.
Ava had no way of knowing Spencer would be behind her when she blabbed, but Nikolas still acted like she did this on purpose.
Nik suggested Ava couldn’t handle watching him mend his relationship with Spencer knowing she’d never have that opportunity with Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin).
After Nikolas insisted that was Ava’s own fault, she slapped him across the face.
Honestly, Nikolas deserves whatever he gets at this point! We won’t blame Ava at all if she wakes up and sees a vengeful path forward.
Ava seemingly didn’t see who jabbed that hook into her, but the cops don’t know that. In other words, Ava can point the finger at anyone she pleases.
If Ava doesn’t know who stabbed her, she may decide she’ll never get real justice anyway. Ava might as well accuse Nikolas and handle some of her other problems.
This would give Ava the vengeance she’s craving and potentially eliminate her Esme problems, too.
It’d be easy for Ava to claim Nikolas stabbed her to silence her – that HE pushed Esme off the parapet.
Ava can hold Nikolas responsible for this hook shocker and blame him for Esme’s murder at the same time.
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) may back Ava up since he’ll develop some suspicions about Nik and already had a run-in with him about his Esme questions.
Part of Ava may even wonder if Nikolas actually did this, but whether he’s guilty or innocent doesn’t matter.
If Ava awakens and accuses Nikolas, he’s going to land in hot water!
