General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will have a violent showdown, so the hostility over Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will turn physical.
During the week of August 15-19, GH spoilers say Sonny will try to get his romance with Nina back on track.
Nina will go out on a nice date with Sonny, but it could end on a sour note.
Right after this date plays out, Nina will have a fierce faceoff with Carly.
That could mean Carly will come along and interrupt, so that could bring some jealousy and the chance to push each other’s buttons.
Regardless, Carly and Nina can never get along if they’re in the same room.
We’ll see things get heated as usual, but it sounds like the tension will be especially bad this time around.
Nina and Carly may resort to some low blows in their verbal argument, which is always a quick way for conflict to head in a physical direction.
This fight will indeed escalate to the point where we see punches, slaps or at least shoves.
The point is Carly and Nina will be so furious that they get into a physical altercation, so this rivalry is getting worse instead of better.
Now that Nina owns Carly’s former half of the Metro Court, that’s certainly adding to Carly’s anger.
Even so, Sonny is at the core of Carly and Nina’s feud. It all goes back to Nina’s Nixon Falls secret and all the drama she set in motion.
Carly is getting a little payback now since she knows the truth about Nina and Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) biological connection.
Willow is Nina’s bio daughter, but Carly will continue to keep that shocker under wraps.
As for Sonny, how will he feel about Carly and Nina’s violent showdown? Will Sonny seem like he’s siding with Carly again?
If so, Nina may lash out once more and wonder if Sonny’s ever truly going to be in her corner.
Every time Sonny and Nina try to move forward, it feels like there’s another Carly issue to hold them back!
