General Hospital Spoilers: Chase & Sam New PI Partners – Investigative Team After PCPD Fires Detective?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) could become new PI partners. Will an investigative team form after the PCPD fires this detective?

If the show was all that interested in having Chase be a cop, they wouldn’t have taken him out of the police action for so many months.

Of course, right as Chase was about to be reinstated and finally get back to work, his job is suddenly in jeopardy all over again.

Chase can’t control his temper with all these punches, so maybe being a detective isn’t the ideal path for him anyway.

What Chase needs is a way to put his investigative skills to good use and perhaps not have to follow so many rules.

With that in mind, being a private investigator would be right up Chase’s alley. In fact, Chase already had a little taste of it when he did some private work on the side.

As a favor to Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton), Chase agreed to stay at Elizabeth Baldwin’s (Rebecca Herbst) place and set up cameras to catch the stalker.

That case didn’t work out so well for Chase since he got knocked out before he could solve it, but we’ll cut him some slack. It’s not like the cops in Port Charles are much more competent!

The point is the show seems to have enough police drama going on, especially now that they’re focusing on rookie Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse) and his own adventures.

Maybe GH writers are setting Chase up for a new career path instead.

That fits with upcoming spoilers since Chase will open up to Brook Lynn about his fears before delivering news from the PCPD.

It’s doubtful Chase will have positive updates since it looks like Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will be upset in the aftermath.

On the bright side, Chase will be free to go undercover with Brook Lynn later this summer – and that might lead to him officially becoming a PI.

Sam could still use a partner when it comes to her investigations, so Chase just might be the perfect fit. Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) could even put in a good word for Chase and convince Sam to get on board.

Do you think Chase will wind up getting fired and working as a PI?

General Hospital spoilers say Chase may have to head down a new road, but it could work out for the best in the end.
