General Hospital Spoilers: Could Willow Be Pregnant – More to Fainting Spell Than It Seems?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that we have to ask: Could Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) be pregnant? Was there more to that fainting spell than it seems?

GH fans know Willow recently fainted out of the blue at the hospital, which led to the assumption that she was dehydrated and needed an IV.

Willow admitted to being stressed and not having a chance to eat that day, but is that really all it was?

It just felt like a rather extreme display for it to be something so simple.

Without bloodwork, we can’t know for sure that Willow doesn’t have another underlying medical reason for passing out.

When a young woman faints on a soap, it often means she’s pregnant. That’s not always the case, but it happens enough for fans to be suspicious of this incident.

Of course, Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) currently has a pregnancy test and claims she might have a bun in the oven, but it’s not true based on her expression in private.

With that in mind, the show might want to get another real pregnancy storyline cooking up.

Willow may not even realize she’s pregnant at this point.

If Willow is stressed enough to forget to eat, then she’s stressed enough to not really be tracking her cycle.

If Willow faints again or perhaps has morning sickness, it could lead to the discovery that she’s having Michael’s baby.

There would be some good reasons for GH writers to take that route.

Having another baby with Willow would only strengthen Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) desire to protect his family and shut Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) out.

A new pregnancy could also bring tests that point to medical record discrepancies.

It could lead to Willow realizing it doesn’t add up for Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) to be her biological mother.

Since Nina is Willow’s birth mom, this would give Nina a second grandchild and another reason to fight to be in the picture – at least once the truth about their mother-daughter bond came out.

Plus, a pregnancy would seal the deal on Willow, Michael, Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and this child being a solid family unit.

Michael and Willow might decide to get married again – ready to become a long-term couple with their two children.

Whatever the case, Willow’s hospital crisis felt rather odd.

Too many assumptions were made about Willow’s condition, so there’s the potential for more pregnancy-related symptoms that lead to a baby bombshell.
