General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) marriage proposal may shock Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). Dante may want a romantic picnic engagement after some surprising new developments in this relationship.
During the week of August 15-19, Dante will start out by worrying he’s made a massive mistake.
Sam will be acting weird following Dante’s request to live together, especially since they had that awkward conversation about Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan).
Although that was a healthy, honest discussion, Dante will still feel like he’s blown it based on Sam’s uncomfortable behavior.
It looks like Dante will open up to Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) about the situation, so she’ll find herself longing to help somehow.
During the week of August 22-26, Olivia will do some scheming for a good cause.
It turns out Olivia and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will join forces with the goal of getting Dante and Sam to make a real commitment.
We should mention that the Quartermaines will be hosting a picnic for charity – and picnics can certainly be romantic depending on the circumstances.
It’s easy to imagine Brook Lynn and Olivia setting a little love trap for Sam and Dante to fall into.
Leo Quartermaine (Easton Rocket Sweda) will also become part of the “Sante” saga since he’ll prepare a special drink for the two of them.
It’ll basically be a love potion as far as Leo’s concerned, so Dante and Sam may humor him by playing along.
This might even be something that Olivia and Brook Lynn put Leo up to.
Regardless, Sam and Dante could get swept up in the moment thanks to all the romantic plotting.
By the time this picnic winds down, GH spoilers say Dante will change his mind about something.
Although Dante previously promised not to pressure Sam to move in, he may bring back his request and pour his heart out.
Dante might even go a step further with a marriage proposal.
When Dante first brought up the living together idea, there was a fake-out moment where he got down on one knee to retrieve his phone.
That caught Sam off guard, so maybe it was setting the stage for a real-deal marriage proposal soon.
Dante didn’t think they were ready for an engagement before, but he may have a change of heart on that.
