General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) may be marked for murder, so Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) deadly wrath may follow Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) plot exposure.
Michael tried to let Dex off the hook after the whole torture ordeal, but Dex wants to see this scheme through to the end.
As far as Dex is concerned, he’s on the right side of things for once.
Dex has made mistakes in the past, but he feels like he’s playing a role in true justice here.
Of course, Michael is determined to neutralize Sonny’s threat by either putting him in prison or forcing him out of the country.
This isn’t going to turn out well for Michael and Dex once Sonny realizes what they’re really up to!
Sonny already proved the lengths he was willing to go to when he held Dex captive on a meat hook.
Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) has been trying to warn Dex that Sonny will just turn on him again – and she’ll eventually be right.
Sonny may plan to do far worse once he discovers the depth of Dex’s betrayal.
It’s clear that Sonny isn’t someone who puts up with backstabbers within his own organization.
Sonny will no doubt retaliate, especially since Dex is working with Michael on this.
That’ll add to the sting since there’s so much animosity between Michael and Sonny right now.
Dex’s part in Michael’s scheme will inevitably leave Sonny fuming down the road.
GH fans know Sonny is a mob boss, so sometimes that requires flexing power and taking deadly action.
You don’t achieve authority in this business without proving you’re capable of taking someone like Dex out.
Josslyn warned Dex that he shouldn’t expect another rescue once he winds up back on a meat hook.
Since Josslyn believes Dex is pledging his loyalty to Sonny, she’s fed up and worried this could end in disaster.
Perhaps Joss’ prediction will come true once Dex’s cover is blown somehow.
Dex may find himself in familiar captive territory – though Sonny might have death in mind for the traitor instead of just torture tactics this time.
Will Josslyn come to Dex’s rescue again despite her claim that she wouldn’t? Will someone else intervene before Sonny kills Dex?
One way or another, Dex’s secret employment with Michael will come to light.
Sonny can’t let Dex get away with his betrayal, so he may plot a deadly move until he’s ultimately stopped by someone.
